-Welcome to Poncho's Villa in Sayulita! Located in the quiet neighborhood in East Sayulita. Main St Revolución is just around the corner, you'll be just a quick 7 minute walk (no hills) from central Sayulita where you'll find several restaurants, shops and all the action on the main beach. An Oxxo convenience store & a pharmacy conveniently sit just around the corner from the Casa. Head the other direction and you're about an 8 minute walk to the quiet north side beach!
Poncho's Villa has 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. The property is fully walled and gated with a gorgeous courtyard entrance which brings you into the casa and casita (also available for rent); in this area we offer off street parking. The casa features open air concepts throughout so the breeze flows from front to back. Every bedroom offers an A/C unit and every room has a fan. You'll find custom handcrafted doors and windows (with screens) throughout.
The 1000 sq ft. casa has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed & one with a queen, each with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need to cook simple appetizers or gourmet meals. Next you'll find a comfortable living room where the sofas can be used for 2 more individual beds. A smart TV is available with Netflix, etc.
The casa opens up into a stunning private paradise in the backyard, beautifully landscaped with assorted palms, hibiscus, bougainvillea and fruit trees surrounding the pool. The newly built saltwater pool features sun bathing shelves to lounge in the pool while sipping cocktails. A covered sitting area with a table and chairs as well as lawn chairs for lounging The backyard backs onto the river, with its luscious jungle trees. You'll be greeted throughout the day by several species for tropical birds and the occasional bright green iguana (Iggy). It is private on all sides with no views of any neighbors.
We offer a housekeeper upon request and a pool/yard maintenance man comes 2 times a week.
We also have 2 - 1 bedroom Casitas available on the property set behind the casa which can be rented separately or together with the casa for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Deposits & Refunds:
All reservations require a deposit of 10% in order to hold the reservation. The balance of the rental charge is due upon your arrival.
If you cancel a reservation and we can re-book the house, we are happy to refund your deposit.
