Prices are in USD. We have a 2 night minimum. Holidays we have a 7 night minimum.

There will be a 3% processing fee for credit cards. Fee will be waived for Zelle or Venmo payments.

Payment - An initial deposit payment equal to 50% of the total is required to make a reservation. The balance due, plus a $500 security deposit hold, is due 45 days prior to arrival. The security deposit hold, which is just a hold on the account, not a charge, will be refunded within 20 days after departure if the premises are left in the same condition as upon arrival and the terms of this agreement have been met. Guests may satisfy the security deposit requirement by leaving credit card information on file.

Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Casa Brava Main House - 2 bedroom in Sayulita is designed with a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the Riviera Nayarit coast. Casa Brava is a bold and stunning contribution to Mexican tropical modern architecture and must be seen and experienced to be truly appreciated. It brings contemporary living respectfully into balance with its tropical setting, without surrendering to conventional ideas of architectural design in the area.

Special ingredients come together to make Casa Brava 2 bedroom the unique and lovely place it is. The location is one of Sayulita's highest hills with perfect 360 degree views in every direction of the Pacific Ocean, the town of Sayulita and the Mexican jungle. The home was designed by a well known Mexican architect in true contemporary style using concrete and entire walls of glass with wonderful inside/outside living areas. Handcrafted custom Parota wood louvered doors open onto decks, patios, the garden and pool area. Every individual detail was carefully chosen to complement and enhance the unique and comfortable design, such as the onyx walls, honed granite counters, and custom-made furniture. The king sized beds feature high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, and makes a perfect spot to relax and watch the surfers, the birds and the whales. If you can't completely leave the outside world behind, there is super fast WIFI throughout the property.

Casa Brava Main House 2 bedroom is perfect for two couples, and the Casa Brava Guest House can be rented alone or together to accommodate a total of 6 people. A full-time English speaking manager will answer your questions and help with all of your needs Our terrific housekeeper keeps the home spotless. Want to have a private cook come in to prepare Mexican meals some of the time you're there, or have a masseur set up a table on our terrace for an ocean view massage? These and even private yoga instruction can easily be arranged.

There is amazing bird watching from the house: the little green parrots, the Black-throated Magpie Jays, Macaws and even Chachalacas ( you don't have to see one to hear it's distinctive call) are a few of the 336 species living in the area. Let us arrange for an incredible whale watching tour from December until early March. The tour is led by a research oceanographer who follows the migration patterns up and down the North American coast and knows every whale by sight. Hike through the jungle to secluded beaches and picnic before jumping into the surf. Every room has incredible views of either the ocean, the pueblo, the surrounding mountains, or all of the above.

A car isn't necessary but lots of folks do prefer to have a car or rent a golf cart while at the house. You can always get a $5 taxi to the house, day or night... they are waiting on the plaza. Ask us to help arrange transportation from the airport or we really like Sixt Car rental. During the summer months, roads can get slippery in the rain, so golf carts or 4-wheel drive are best. For golf carts, our renters really like Riviera Carts.

Sayulita, like all of Mexico, is a lively town with many traditions and you might be lucky enough to arrive during one of the many festivals. In addition to hearing the waves crash and crickets chirping, you might also hear music, kids playing, the parrots screeching and roosters doing their wake-up calls. Our only regret is not staying longer

Couldn't have asked for anything more! Exactly what we're looking for on our family trip to Sayulita: great pool, lots of indoor/outdoor space, incredible view, solid location. We loved the Sonos throughout the house to easily set a great vibe and the management was extremely responsive and so friendly. It was definitely a perk knowing we could message them at any time or have any of them stop by if we needed a hand. Our only regret is not staying longer, but we'll certainly be back!

They really thought of everything.

Our stay in Sayulita at Amanda's place was wonderful. Her and her team were extremely communicative and responsive. The views from her place were stunning. It had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. They really thought of everything. They even had beach chairs and umbrellas that we could take down to the beach with us. The walk to town was very doable. The walk up to the house is definitely steep, but short. We were able to use Uber a few times, however the wait times varied and after about 10pm it was hard to find an Uber. We did not see many taxi's driving around either. We never tried calling a taxi, we just ended up walking back to the house so not sure about that. I'd probably recommend getting a golf cart to make things easier, but we managed without. The town is amazing, very vibrant, delicious food, and friendly. We always felt very safe. Highly recommend staying here. We'd love to come back.

Fantastic property!

Fantastic property! This is truly a gem of a place to stay in Sayulita. You will be so glad you stayed here...house is amazing and very clean. Amenities are top notch. The check in process and management staff are extremely helpful and quick to respond if you need anything. Now the views from on top of this hill...there are no words!
