Casa Juanita in Sayulita is a recently fully renovated, comfortable, and convenient vacation rental in the heart of the village. This family-owned home is just two blocks from the beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Its off-street design ensures a quiet stay and a good night’s sleep.

Owned and managed by Javier Rodriguez Ramos, Casa Juanita offers great value and a chance to experience the local culture that most tourists miss.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms:

  • Master Bedroom: King bed, satellite TV (accommodates 2)
  • Second Bedroom: Two twin beds that can be joined into a king (accommodates 2)
  • Third Bedroom: Full bed (accommodates 2–3)

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the living room is cozy and welcoming. Outside, a private patio with tropical plants, seating, and an umbrella is perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying the Sayulita afternoons.

Absolutely perfect!
Javier was an incredibly responsive host. He was quick to answer questions and provide anything we needed. The place provides a water cooler and daily cleaning. We had a lot of space for 7 people, including a very nice covered patio out back. The rental is very close to the central plaza, so you are steps away from everything in town. The beach is 2-3 blocks away. Sayulita is a very friendly town. The rental is close to a bar that plays loud music very late, so I would recommend ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise or staying further from the center of town.

Beautiful place!
Javier was a great host! The place is beautiful and very rustic matching the rest of the town. It is right downtown so all you have to do is walk out the door to experience the Sayulita life. Can be a little loud for maybe some people at night but it didn't bother us one bit. The house is pretty insulated so the night life isn't as profound once inside. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the town. The pictures don't do it justice. Thank you Javier!

Casa Juanita is a home with a lot of history, it belonged to my paternal grandparents and over the years there have been many changes but despite that has not lost its good vibes and its tranquility, for now it is a cozy, comfortable and accessible place, with all the necessary services to offer an excellent holiday in magical Sayulita. I am committed to agreements and I like punctuality and honesty, I have worked many years on reservations and I am responsible for this, now I have my own space offering what I have so that your stay in my place is the most pleasurable. Casa Juanita is located in the downtown area of ​​Sayulita, where everything is accessible, shops, bars, restaurants, beach, and a lot more services at your fingertips, but being in the downtown area does not exclude us from noise both morning and evening, plus we are surrounded by local neighbors, but still many of the customers who have been at Casa Juanita have enjoyed the atmosphere and most have returned to live the experience of staying in the beautiful community of Sayulita.
