Description

Casa Tulipán in Sayulita is a bright, peaceful, and modern retreat tucked inside an exclusive three-home luxury complex on the quiet north side. Just a 7-minute walk to the best part of the north beach and 15 minutes to town, it offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and convenience. A golf cart can take you anywhere in Sayulita within minutes.

Inside, the home is welcoming and thoughtfully designed. The lower level features a spacious kitchen, living, and dining area, plus one bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. The upper level includes two ensuite bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen (soon to be upgraded to a king; feel free to ask if this matters for your stay). A comfortable inflatable queen bed is also available and can be set up wherever needed.

Casa Tulipán is fully private for your group. Shared amenities are used only by our family and, occasionally, guests staying in the larger home above. Enjoy two heated saltwater pools, a steam room, a full gym/game room, an 8-foot custom billiard table, and a stunning rooftop palapa terrace ideal for yoga, meditation, massages, or simply enjoying the ocean views and breezes.

Incredible Stay!

The house was super clean, cozy, and incredibly spacious for our family of eight. There are multiple levels and so many beautiful outdoor decks and balconies, and having a private bathroom with every bedroom was fantastic for a large group.
The location was perfect: close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, while still feeling private and safe with little kids. Eric arranged golf carts for us, which is definitely the best way to get around Sayulita.
Most importantly, Eric was an exceptional host: incredibly attentive and responsive. During an evening storm, common in the region in late summer, he showed up in the pouring rain just to make sure we were okay. That says it all.
One note: the house is multi-level with quite a few stairs, so everyone in your group should be comfortable navigating them.
Easy arrival and departure, relaxed from start to finish, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation

An exceptional experience! The house is exactly as shown in the photos: beautiful, impeccable, luxurious and with all the amenities to enjoy it to the fullest. Every corner is very well cared for and has excellent amenities that made our stay even more special.
We want to thank the host, Eric, for his extraordinary service. He was always available, very friendly and attentive to each of our needs, making us feel at home.
The whole family enjoyed the stay very much and we took home unforgettable memories. We definitely recommend this house 100% for those looking for comfort, luxury and first-class service.

Pleasurable, safe, comfortable place to stay in Sayulita.

We had a wonderful R&R stay at Casa Tulipān. Eric was a great host, who was really helpful and informative. Eric was happy for us to have a our adult children who were staying elsewhere, visit and use the pool and activity room. If you are looking to stay in Sayulita, have a quite place to stay, we recommend staying at Casa Tulipanes.

We found Casa Tulipanes a day before going into Sayulita, and I have to say the place is defintely worth it. It has beautiful views, the vibe is peaceful and you can sit back and relax and hear nature. We stayed at the house mostly throughout the day and went to check out the city at night. Eric was really helpful and friendly upon arriving, he let us have a early check in which was great. He gave us a tour of the place and also checked in to see if we needed anything throughout our stay. If you are looking to stay in Sayulita, have a quite place to stay, we recommend staying at Casa Tulipanes.
