Modern and hip, this collection of 3 villas accommodates 8 guests is perfect for groups of friends or families desiring an exclusive retreat with private individual units and a fantastic shared pool terrace with lounge, bbq, and outdoor dining and kitchen area.The enclosed landscaped compound is a peaceful and quiet oasis. All bedrooms have AC.

Cool mix of modern and traditional architecture. Enjoy the beautifully crafted brick vaulted 'cupulas', subtle detailing, lush landscaping, and private patios. Each unit has a private outdoor shower in a lovely garden setting.

It takes just a few minutes walk to the town plaza or the main beach along village streets or a bouganvilla lined garden path. Lovely views from all units. Very quiet neighborhood tucked off of the main streets, but close to everything. Please know that this property is located in a small town in Mexico, animal, music and construction noise can just happen.

Nothing could be more relaxing, easier to get to, and more accommodating than these beautiful villas in the friendly village of Sayulita. Please see individual unit calendars for availability.

Great accommodation. The pool and common access area are very pleasant when you want to spend time away from the beach. The location of the villa is ideal for being close to the center while enjoying complete tranquility.

The location couldn’t have been better

Eric’s Sayulita bungalow was a fantastic stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just a 5-minute walk into town and to the beach, which made getting around incredibly easy without needing transport.
Communication with Eric was excellent throughout. He was responsive, clear, and made the whole process simple from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free.
The bungalow itself was exactly as described and a great base for enjoying Sayulita. Would happily stay again.

Great spot with a lovely little pool.

Great spot with a lovely little pool. 5 minute walk to the plaza/beach makes it easy not to get a golf cart and just enjoy the slight exercise. Air conditioning worked perfectly and slept well. Would stay here again.

One of our best lodging experiences in 15 years coming to Sayulita.

Huge thanks to the Las Cupulas team - Amanda especially - for not only providing a lovely, private, well-appointed place to stay, but also for going above and beyond when our travel plans changed. We loved staying at Erik’s place in Sayulita. The compound felt very secure and the neighborhood is safe We liked that it’s central but a little off the main drag for some quiet and privacy. The outdoor shower is great. The outdoor and pool areas are very well maintained. The groundskeeper and cleaner really do a great job and they’re super friendly. We took an easy hike from the front door to the gorgeous and deserted Pazcaulito beach. Highly recommend. We had a mile of beach to ourselves.
