Casa Verde at Las Cupulas in Sayulita is one of 3 villas on the Las Cupulas property that can be rented individually or all together. The enclosed landscaped compound is a peaceful and quiet oasis. Just a few minute walk to the town plaza or the main beach along village streets or a bouganvilla lined garden path. Very quiet neighborhood tucked off of the main streets, but close to everything. Nothing could be more relaxing, easier to get to, and more accommodating than beautiful Casa Verde in the friendly village of Sayulita. One bedroom is upstairs and the other downstairs, both have AC!

Casa Verde is modern and hip, has two bedrooms, two baths, and has a private outdoor shower in a lovely garden setting. Both bedrooms have AC, one is on the lower level and one upstairs. Surround yourself with a cool mix of modern and traditional architecture. Enjoy the beautifully crafted brick vaulted 'cupulas', subtle detailing, lush landscaping, private patio and lovely views. Please know that this property is located in a small town in Mexico, animal, music and construction noise can just happen.

Las Cupulas is great for groups of friends or families desiring an exclusive retreat with private individual units and a fantastic shared pool terrace with lounge, bbq, and outdoor dining and kitchen area. Great accommodation. The pool and common access area are very pleasant when you want to spend time away from the beach. The location of the villa is ideal for being close to the center while enjoying complete tranquility.

The location couldn’t have been better

Eric’s Sayulita bungalow was a fantastic stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just a 5-minute walk into town and to the beach, which made getting around incredibly easy without needing transport.
Communication with Eric was excellent throughout. He was responsive, clear, and made the whole process simple from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free.
The bungalow itself was exactly as described and a great base for enjoying Sayulita. Would happily stay again.

A gem in the heart of Sayulita

This is my second time staying at Casa Cúpulas. The first time, I stayed at Azul, and this time I returned with my two teenage sons and stayed at Verde. The layout, with the bedrooms and living room separated, is perfect—we weren’t right on top of each other the whole time. However, it might not work as well for families with young children.

This is my absolute favorite place to stay. The grounds are private, secure, serene, and well maintained. Outside the gate, you’re just steps from a number of beaches and the town square, with great shops and restaurants—yet far enough away that the evening noise is muffled, and you wake to the sound of birds. My boys enjoyed cuddling with the cat that snuck under the gate to visit us each day, as well as being able to walk on their own to grab some street tacos.

All interactions with the owners and staff were pleasant, and they responded quickly to any needs to ensure a great vacation.

Great spot with a lovely little pool.

Great spot with a lovely little pool. 5 minute walk to the plaza/beach makes it easy not to get a golf cart and just enjoy the slight exercise. Air conditioning worked perfectly and slept well. Would stay here again.

Lovely stay at Casa Verde

We had a lovely stay at casa verde. The location was close to the action but still quiet. The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked well. We appreciated that Erik and Amanda arranged a direct airport transfer. All in all, a great experience!
