Description

Las Garcetas (egrets) at Las Hamacas in Sayulita is a spacious villa, approximately. 3,700 sq. feet. Walk into this exquisite Casa and find perfection at every turn.

Upon entering the living and dining room area, located on the second floor of this beautiful spacious house you can appreciate the flawless design of its enormous palapa roof. The OCEAN VIEW of Casa Garcetas is beautifully framed by the arched wood windows and the colorful cupolas of the other Hamacas houses. This open floor plan is finished with carefully chosen Mexican crafts. Casa Garcetas offers a fully equipped kitchen with colorful hand-painted Mexican tiles. The covered pergola terrace offers an ideal entertaining space with beautiful ocean views and two oversized built-in sofas for ultimate relaxation. The Master bedroom is also located on this floor and features a king size bed with an in-suite bathroom and a comfortable built-in extra sleeping area.

The first floor of this Casa houses two separate bedrooms that have 2 twin beds which can be pushed together to make king beds, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, each bedroom has an extra built-in comfortable sleeping space. Just outside the Bedroom, you will find a covered open-air living space and a kitchen with partial ocean views.

All bedrooms have A/C. If you need an extra 4th bedroom, the Casita Studio may be available.

✘ LOCATION ● Nestled at the beginning of the quiet & clean North End Neighborhood (closest to town), only a short (7 block) leveled stroll from town (no hills). Las Hamacas is close to restaurants and stores, yet peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town.

✘ BEACHFRONT PROPERTY ● We are steps from the Beach. This part of Sayulita's beach is equally as convenient as Our Location. Clean, rockless, swimmable and not crowded, its close enough to walk into the Main Beach (in town) yet far away enough to have your own space.

✘ STAFF ● Responsive On-Site staff that can help with any issues you could encounter. Front desk Receptionist (9:30 am- 6:30 pm), Caretaker (8 am to 6 pm), Night Guard (7 pm to 7 am) and Property Manager for emergencies available always. This is not something a lot of rental houses offer but we specialize in this. Its a family run business for over 15 years.

✘ FULLY EQUIPPED HOUSES in MINT CONDITION ● We offer bright, spacious and breathtaking 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villas with gorgeous ocean views. All our Casas are FULLY furnished and colorfully decorated with beautiful Mexican artwork. A/C in all Bedrooms and individual washer/dryers in each Casa as well as WiFi.

✘ STUDIO CASITA ● We also separately rent out our Studio Casita located by the entrance of our property. This is ideal for guests looking for a 4th Bedroom.

✘ RELAXING POOL ● Our beautiful pool is surrounded by lush landscaping and is shared by all six homes.

✘ COMMON AREA ● This area is for all our guests to enjoy. A covered space with colorful oversized bancas to lounge. As well as an outdoor Kitchen/Eating area and BBQ's.

This place was truly gorgeous.

This place was truly gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and a Great location. Don was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole trip. It was walkable to anywhere in town. Also the set up makes it so that if your with a different group it could be private. Definitely would come back.

Beautiful Villa

The property was better than the pictures. Casa Gracetas is on the quieter side of Sayulita, and just a short 10-minute walk to the main part of town.

The place is more gorgeous than the photos.

Had the most wonderful 7 day stay at Don’s for my birthday with some other friends. The place is more gorgeous than the photos. So many places to hangout. Rooms are beautiful. Lots of character. It’s private and secure. Super easy access to the beach (basically right out of the property) and very walkable to town (though we got a golf cart!). The on site host, Alex, as well as Don were both super responsive with questions and local recs. Would definitely come back!!

Awesome place, away from the noisy beach clubs. The photographs don't make it justice. perfect for large families. It has everything you need to enjoy the beach. at the footsteps of the gated community: chairs, umbrellas. toys for the kids. I would definitely come back to this place!

Best location in Sayulita

My family and I loved our stay at Don’s home. We’ve been coming to Sayulita for years and this was probably our favorite place that we’ve stayed at. The upstairs area & balcony is spacious and the perfect place to wake up and have coffee as a group. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes and we were happy to learn that the beach right out front has service (bar, restaurant, massages). In general, this is the best location in Sayulita because the beaches are much nicer being on this side of town but it’s still just a quick walk to all the main square. We’ll definitely be back. Don was super responsive and helpful when we had questions about the house.

We can't wait to come back! :)

I can't say enough great things about this entire experience. We really needed a week of rest, relaxation and quality time with our family. Don's place was perfect. He was so communicative and helped connect us with our local contact so that we could arrange easy transportation to and from the airport. The location was fantastic, just a minute walk to the beach and on the quieter end of Sayulita. We ate all of our meals on the upper terrace with a view of the beach and enjoyed the AC for sleeping at night. There were sand toys for our kids and a really lovely pool for them to play in when they needed a break from the beach. I also didn't realize that there was a housekeeper that came daily! She was so wonderful and it was so nice to not have to clean for the whole week. Don't forget to tip her because she was amazing! Thanks so much for everything Don. We can't wait to come back! :)

We would definitely stay again and highly recommend Casa Garceta!

Our family of 6 had a great stay at Don's place. He responded very quickly and was a great host. Location was great.. steps from the beach and Chaman restaurant was right across the street. We had a covered spot to park and plug in our golf cart each night. There was a very small convenience store right next to the complex that you can grab snacks and drinks. The only thing I wish I knew was there was no shampoo and conditioner so next time we will make sure to bring our own. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend Casa Garceta!

Great stay in this Villa

We had a great stay at Don’s Villa in Sayulita. Super close to the beach, easy walk to town and with lots of restaurants nearby. The pool was also a great way to spend the afternoon and the AC in the rooms made sleeping super comfortable.
