Our group of two families had a great trip and this home was great! We walked a lot and probably would have rented a golf cart in hindsight, but there was plenty close by. The house stayed super clean and the pool was a great option after a long morning at the beach!

What’s not to love?

What’s not to love? A pool, hot tub, and easy access to downtown Sayulita. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. Great accommodations. Would stay here again.

Amazing escape in Sayulita!

We arrived on Valentine’s Day. Sometimes a vacation rental does not look as good as the photos you see on booking. …. This was like a reality TV show. It could not have been more amazing! We are a family of 8 adults. This was our first time even flying into PV. I found the rental before we even decided where we were vacationing. …. From the very first communication with Tom and Lina and then Amanda! What a team! And add into that Sandra who welcomed us at arrival a gave recommendations for us. Esteban and Rossel for taking care of the property. We were so grateful for you all! A three minute walk to the beach and a short walk down town. Our own pool when we just wanted to cool down at home. Enough space that we could be together but apart. You will not regret this choice! Book early before someone snags your spot!

Beautiful home, just a 3 minute walk from the beach.

Beautiful home, just a 3 minute walk from the beach. The whole house feels very tucked away and private, like an oasis. We loved the open air layout and were thankful that the pool was partly shaded. The hot tub was also lovely in the morning, to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and listen to the birds. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a great stay!

Great Location, Amazing Stay

We stayed at Casa Kiki with 4 couples for a week. It was the perfect location for us, and the place was beautiful. The backyard is fairly private and the pool and hot tub were amazing. comfortable and lots of seating inside and outside. House cleaning came during the week, which was a great bonus. 3 minute walk to the beach. Great chai tea 1/2 block down the road, and excellent food around the corner. Definity recommend this place to anyone looking!

Great stay in Sayulita!

We had a wonderful week at Casa Kiki. The house is beautiful, the pool exactly what you want in hot weather. They were very accommodating and let us store our bags early. The house is close to the ocean. The rooftop terrace has unmatched views. Beds and common furniture very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Sayulita!

My family and I came for Thanksgiving and had such a great stay!

My family and I came for Thanksgiving and had such a great stay! They let us check in early and check out late, which was super helpful. They set up a driver for us to and from the airport and gave us a contact for an amazing chef to come make dinner for us one night. It’s two blocks from an uncrowded part of the beach. There isn’t AC in the main area but each bedroom had AC which was good for sleeping. A cleaning lady came everyday and cleaned the kitchen, made the beds, mopped, etc. it was perfect!
