Description

Casa Amigos Poolside King Suite II in Sayulita is a downstairs suite in a newly opened, adults-only guest villa. Along with a king-size bed, it has a bunk bed, which makes it a smart choice for friends traveling together, surf buddies, or anyone who wants more options for how they sleep.

The suite has its own private entrance and opens right onto the pool area. Inside, there’s air conditioning and a large private ensuite bathroom. Just outside, your terrace looks out over the shared pool. It’s a social setting rather than a private one, so expect friendly hellos and easy conversation with fellow guests.

Days here revolve around the water. The large pool has a shallow end for wading and plenty of comfortable chairs for lounging in the sun. For breezy shade, there’s a covered terrace overlooking gardens of palms, banana trees, bougainvillea, and native plants. Chito, the caretaker, maintains the pool daily and looks after the gardens.

Right beside the pool, the palapa-covered outdoor kitchen has a sink, refrigerator, large grill, and wood-burning pizza oven, so you can cook lunch together between swims. The villa’s main kitchen is up on the third floor under the rooftop palapa, with all the essentials for cooking with Sayulita’s fresh local food. Go up for dinner and enjoy the cool evening breezes and unforgettable sunsets.

Guests in all four suites share the pool, terraces, and both kitchens. Staff service is included every day except Sunday, and so is drinking water.

Lovely Home with Views — Best for Adults or Older Kids

The location was really good - close enough to walk to everything but not right in the heart of town. The rooms were nice and the view from the kitchen was beautiful. There could be more basic amenities included like staple kitchen supplies and shampoo in the bathrooms. We cooked a lot and there was a random amount of bowls, drinking glasses, very few seasonings etc. It was pretty bare bones for a 9 person group of us. With the living area on the bottom and the kitchen on the top, we went up and down a lot of stairs - not factoring into how we rated this house, but it makes meals/snacks by the pool more logistically challenging. This house is really not friendly for little kids just as an FYI for anyone with 6 and under children that don’t know how to swim. Between the pool, the stairs, railings and open kitchen windows, there’s some dangers posed to younger kids where you always have to be on guard (not factored into our rating, just something to be aware of).

Casa Los Amigos

We came to Sayulita for a wedding and are very happy we found Los Amigos. The property manager arranged a driver from the airport and had a golf cart waiting for us when we arrived. We like being able to walk to town and the beach. The kids loved the pool.

Best Sunset views!

We really enjoyed this house and the town of Sayulita. Yes, there were a lot of stairs, but all the better to work off those evening margaritas while watching the beautiful sunsets. We spent hours around the pool and enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. Thank you Melissa for all of your great recommendations and for helping us arrange massages. See you next year!

Great morning Views

Our group was happy with Casa Los Amigos. Our favorite part was morning breakfast in the kitchen watching the town come alive. The pool is big, beds are comfortable and the staff was super.

LOVE this house!

We were so happy to have found Casa Los Amigos, the perfect vacation rental for our group. We had 3 couples and a few kids and the house accommodated us perfectly, each family with their own space and enough outdoor area to enjoy the perfect Sayulita sunshine. The location was ideal, and easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

Perfect Place

Casa Los Amigos is the perfect place to stay for a group of friends. Four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms offers much comfort and privacy. The pool and outdoor living area is so nice for hanging out. The kitchen and view from the kitchen is so nice. I highly recommend. Kerry, Melissa and Araceli are all super helpful and nice. The location is perfect, too.

Would recommend this property

We had a great stay at this property. Rooms were comfortable and cool. Kitchen was great for morning meals. The pool was necessary to cool down in the afternoons and evenings. The hosts were responsive and helpful during our entire stay. The hill to the house is a bit of a climb on foot, so we rented golf carts which weren't too expensive, and that helped us really see town. Would recommend this property. Have fun out there ya'll!
