Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Full amount paid minus US$400 per house per rental week fee if notified at least two months prior to stay. Refund when notified less than two months prior to the beginning of stay only if the house is re-rented, and then for the amount of new rental minus US$400 per rental week for each house rented.

Covid related Cancellation: Full amount refunded or change of dates if airlines or government restrict traveling.

NICO Sayulita is much more than your typical rental experience, it is your tropical hideout in paradise.

Loma Alta is NICO'S pilot project located in Sayulita Mexico, a 5-minute walk from the central plaza and beach. Perched atop a steep slope with jungle and water views. Loma Alta consists of 5 suites that can be rented in combinations or the entire complex can be reserved for a gathering of family and friends. Nico has 5 bedrooms with either a king bed or two individual beds. There are also two daybeds that can be made up for individuals. Nico Sayulita boasts 2 beautiful saltwater pools, amazing rooftop ocean views, and gorgeous jungle views in every direction. The key amenities are at your fingertips. The town is a short walk through Sayulita's traditional streets. Guests can arrange for airport transportation, daily cleaning & laundry services as well as bartender, chefs, yoga instructors, massage therapists, surfing instructors, or excursions to local landmarks or destinations.

STUNNING HOUSE , NICO ARQUITECTURE

We love the house, we decided to stay in nico because we saw the pictures to the arquitecture but its irreal when you are there, the view from terrace, the rooms with a nice kitchen, french press, the kitche, swimmimg pool. We dont want leave the house! Consider a litlle step to the house.

Best place to stay in Sayulita!

We had the best time. The team at Nico Sayulita was fantastic. We booked a chef, massages, golf cart. The house was stunning and clean. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommended!

This is a lovely home in a good location. It was clean and thoughtfully provisioned. Brenda met us and walked us through the home; she was very helpful and professional. A couple of things: this home is at the top of a steep hill. We rented a golf cart and I highly recommend doing so if you plan to visit restaurants, bars, and shops in Sayulita. Also, I don't recommend this home for families with young children or for persons with physical limitations. There are steep open stairs and lots of open levels. It is, however, a very cool and unique architectural home. The view from the top level is spectacular. There are five, fully enclosed bedroom suites -- perfect for couples. There were 4 of us and it was lovely to have our own rooms and bathrooms. Thanks to Nico for assisting us with switching weekends!

Great place to stay!

Nico Sayulita was such a unique house to stay at! The vibes were great. I rented this house on my wedding weekend and stayed there with some family and we all enjoyed it! We liked how each room had its own code to get in and the rooms were pretty spread out. Gave us all privacy while still being together. It’s quiet and away from the noise of the town. Highly recommend renting a golf cart if staying here because it’s on a hill. The service was also great at the Nico house. The Nico team was responsive and helpful during our stay! I even had food poisoning the morning of my wedding and they were able to provide me with the contact info for a doctor to do a home visit! Overall it was a great experience staying here! Hope to come back one day!

Stunning place!

Absolutely stunning house. Perfect for our group of 5. Private rooms for everyone and great shared spaces. Kitchen had everything we needed and was set up to be used the moment we walked in. The only thing that made the house better was the incredible and responsive help we received. Really quick answers and fantastic recommendations. Assisted with golf carts and airport transit and the best local chef. Perfect vacation and would return in a heartbeat!.

Epic Stay at Nico!

Where to start! We rented the entire home for a long weekend. First of all the architect is amazing. The room are ample in there size and furnishings. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the location was great. Easy enough to walk to the beach but far enough to not be too noisy or crowded.

Favorite Place!

Nico was truly incredible! The architecture, layout, and intricate details were all thoughtfully designed. I had followed Nico since its early days through articles and videos, which set my expectations high. However, those expectations were not only met but surpassed. Its location in the jungle is peaceful, yet still a short golf cart ride to the town and beaches. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our time at Nico. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive, making our experience even better. We left already planning our next visit!
