Security deposit check: $1,800

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of one night's lodging will apply upon signing the rental agreement. In addition, if reservations are cancelled between 90 days and 60 days of your planned arrival date, a cancellation fee of 1800 USD will be charged, and the remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded. If reservations are cancelled between 60 and 30 days before your planned arrival date, your first deposit will be returned, excluding a 3200 USD cancellation fee. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of your planned arrival date, no refund of the deposit will be offered. We will consider either a partial refund or moving the cancelled dates to another time that works for the renter if the property can be rebooked for the original dates. Please kindly note that refunds can only be provided for the rental value and excluding all HomeAway, VRBO, or FlipKey booking fees. We strongly encourage guests to purchase trip insurance.

With beach access directly in front of the home and a short walk to town, guests enjoy total convenience without needing transportation.

Would book it again! Thanks to all!

This place was beautiful. We went for a girls weekend and we all had our own private spaces. We had the private chef come in and the food was fantastic, highly recommend Nuri. The house was pristine and we had everything we needed, felt very comfortable and at home and the cleaner came daily, which was great. We went in rainy season and so there was some flooding that came in because the house sits on a hill. They were all extremely accommodating and responsive and are taking care of the issue. Would book it again! Thanks to all!

Insane Experience

We rented out Villa Miranda for my 30th birthday and it was an insane experience. The house is gorgeous, open, and well designed for groups. The beds are all incredibly comfortable and the bedrooms are private and seem to insulate sound well. The pool area is to die for, overlooking one of the most beautiful views I’ve seen. The house is up on a hill, with 80 steps down to the beach, which gives it some privacy and noise protection, even though it’s still quite close to the action. The concierge service was also wonderful. They answered all of my questions, responding within minutes. They set up a ride to and from the airport for our group of 9, as well as golf cart rentals, and a private chef for my birthday dinner (again, food was insane). Someone came to clean every day we were there, which was such a luxury. One thing to note: the bathrooms do start to stink if you don’t use the drain cover, so make sure to do that! 10000/10–do yourself a favor and stay here!
