Villa Pargo in Sayulita is a bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a private duplex, located on the calm, peaceful north side of town. You're just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the centre, where you'll find restaurants, shops, surf schools and lively nightlife — far enough to escape the noise, close enough to enjoy everything. No hills, no problem.

Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a comfortable foam mattress, a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and an in-room safe. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a beautiful dining area, and the large private balcony is perfect for morning coffee or an evening breeze. There's also a dedicated desk and workspace area for those working remotely.

Strong, reliable fibre optic WiFi keeps you connected, and all the water is filtered and drinkable straight from the tap.

Kids are warmly welcome — there are no special security measures in place, but feel free to reach out if you have specific needs. Villa Pargo is also proudly LGBTQ+ friendly. All guests are respected and celebrated here.

A couple of things to note: Sayulita is a growing town, so there may be some construction noise during the day — evenings and nights are generally very quiet. Smoking is not permitted on the property.

Great place, perfect location.

Tracy’s place was amazing and she was an absolutely fantastic host! So responsive and welcoming. The place was great, location was perfect, everything was wonderful, but the best part was what amazing hosts Tracy and Jim were.

Will definitely recommend to others and if we’re in Sayulita again, will be the first place we check availability!

All the little things were so thoughtful and helpful for a wonderful holiday. The area is nice and quiet - which you’ll appreciate once you’ve been in the downtown area of Sayulita! But it’s so close to walk or golf cart to the centre or the beach that you never feel you are trading off quiet for convenience. A great base for our surf/beach/hybrid work vacation. Will definitely recommend to others and if we’re in Sayulita again, will be the first place we check availability!
Wifi worked well - A/C in the rooms made things comfy - kitchen well stocked, beach chairs, umbrella, towels - everything you need. Instructions super clear and patio a lovely place to sit in the evenings.

Perfect in every sense.

Fabulous stay. Great location close to the beach and short walk to town. Sayulita is an amazing place. Tracy was very helpful and accommodating.

Perfect location with great bonuses

We loved our stay at Tracy’s apartment. Location was prefect…easily walkable to North Sayulita and yet nice and quiet.
Tracy was amazing - great communication and very kindly offered to let us use her laundry during our stay.
The beach equipment was a great bonus…especially for our kiddos.
Would definitely recommend

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful 4 week stay at Villa Pargo. Tracy is a very responsive owner and we appreciated her extra attention and communication with us when there was unsettling events taking place in Puerto Vallarta. Sayulita feels very safe and we had no concerns whatsoever. Villa Pargo is located in a very quiet area on the north side within walking distance to absolutely everything. Oscar the cat had coffee with us every morning - he is adorable. Wifi was great for working remotely, the property was clean and beds very comfortable. Having beach chairs and an umbrella to use was a bonus! We would not hesitate to return.

Lovely home

We had a fantastic time in Sayulita and loved staying in Tracy's lovely home. The street was peaceful at night but still close enough to get to everything in town and the beach! I would stay in her home again and recommend it to friends!

I would definitely stay again, and hope to turn someday!

I highly recommend Tracy’s place if you are visiting Sayulita. The space is exactly as described with very thoughtful details that makes it a very comfortable and relaxing stay. She really thought of everything including filtered water, beach towels & chairs etc. It had everything we needed and more.
It is a short walk to town with various restaurants nearby. We didn’t mind the walk but there is always the option to rent a golf cart if preferred. We also much preferred the north side for the beaches and it being much quieter.
We also worked for a few days and had no issues with wifi, and the desk set up was great.
Tracy was an excellent host, very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.
I would definitely stay again, and hope to turn someday!

Hosts think of everything you might need
