Villa Pargo in Sayulita is a bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a private duplex, located on the calm, peaceful north side of town. You're just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the centre, where you'll find restaurants, shops, surf schools and lively nightlife — far enough to escape the noise, close enough to enjoy everything. No hills, no problem.

Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a comfortable foam mattress, a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and an in-room safe. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a beautiful dining area, and the large private balcony is perfect for morning coffee or an evening breeze. There's also a dedicated desk and workspace area for those working remotely.

Strong, reliable fibre optic WiFi keeps you connected, and all the water is filtered and drinkable straight from the tap.

Kids are warmly welcome — there are no special security measures in place, but feel free to reach out if you have specific needs. Villa Pargo is also proudly LGBTQ+ friendly. All guests are respected and celebrated here.

A couple of things to note: Sayulita is a growing town, so there may be some construction noise during the day — evenings and nights are generally very quiet. Smoking is not permitted on the property.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful 4 week stay at Villa Pargo. Tracy is a very responsive owner and we appreciated her extra attention and communication with us when there was unsettling events taking place in Puerto Vallarta. Sayulita feels very safe and we had no concerns whatsoever. Villa Pargo is located in a very quiet area on the north side within walking distance to absolutely everything. Oscar the cat had coffee with us every morning - he is adorable. Wifi was great for working remotely, the property was clean and beds very comfortable. Having beach chairs and an umbrella to use was a bonus! We would not hesitate to return.

Highly Recommend

We had an amazing stay in Sayulita at Tracy's place. The space was very clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Tracy was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.
Would definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal place!

Tracy's place was walkable to the downtown area and the main beach (about 12 min). The nicer beach is a 5 min walk from her place. Tracy has beach chairs, umbrella and some boogie boards which was a super pleasant surprise.
Some of the roads are cobblestones and better to walk with runners.
The patio on the back was spacious and private. It was nice to sit out there in the morning with coffee and listen to the birds and the morning bustle.
We found the accommodations phenomenal. The beds were comfy.
Tracy provided a bag of ground coffee and a litre of milk in the fridge. We were very grateful for that. Wifi was excellent.
The shower worked very well. ***** 5 star place!

Great place and wonderful hosts

My son and I stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't have loved it more. The apartment is clean and well-furnished, and we really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Great location, beach and tons of shops and restaurants a 5-minute walk away. My son got sick, and Jim gave us a ride to and from the clinic which was just wonderful and above and beyond. Also loved the cat, Oscar, who meowed at our door in the morning to come visit.

Beautiful Oasis in Bustling Sayulita

Nestled on the Northside of Sayulita, Villa Pargo provides a peaceful and inviting two-bedroom apartment with a private balcony. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the beach, this beautifully decorated space features a sleek minimal-chic design. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for cooking and entertaining, while a spacious desk near the front door makes it ideal for remote work. Tracy was exceptionally responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

North Side Gem

Stayed at Villa Pargo for a little over 2 weeks and have absolutely no complaints. Perfect locations, incredibly hospitable hosts and fully accommodating space, not to mention a sweet car Oscar who came to say hi every morning and evening (because we called him over haha). We were a family of 3 who stayed here quite comfortably. 10/10

Great Place!

Tracy and Jim have a wonderful place in a great location. It’s easily walkable to town and to the beach. We stayed for 3 weeks and really enjoyed ourselves there, Tracy was super responsive with everything- she even let us do laundry a few times in her unit which was incredible kind and helpful. The WiFi was strong for me to work remotely and take video calls. We would absolutely stay here again !
