Rollado Ice Cream Catering in Sayulita offers mobile ice cream catering services for special events and parties of any type and size. We bring our catering machinery onsight for the full Rollado experience! Watch us create your hand-rolled ice cream tacos right before your eyes! This is a dessert experience like no other!

Offering 15 fresh mouth-watering flavours such as Cookies & Cream, Raspberry Cheesecake, Kinder Bueno, Salted Caramel Pretzel and Froot Loops. Mix it up and create your own custom flavour and choose from our classic "taco cone" or a chocolate-dipped "taco cone"

Servicing Sayulita, San Pancho, Bucerias, Punta Mita and other surrounding areas. Tell us just a few details about your event and we'll put together your custom catering package.

Can't recommend this enough!
We had Rollado at our wedding and it was amazing. Thao and her team were so easy to work with, the process was the easiest of all the vendors we used, and the process was super simple and streamlined, with the tip even built in to the price. They were on time, set up quickly and quietly and were a complete favorite with us and all our guests. The branding is so cute, the ice cream AMAZING and the team was really fun- doing tricks while making this delicious dessert, even coming out to the dance floor with a tray of extras while guests partied. All our guests went back to their regular cart day after day during the rest of their stay. Cannot recommend enough!

About Thao
Rollado was born out of my love for travelling. During an adventure to Sayulita in 2016, I met my life partner. We travelled together to Colombia where I first discovered the rolled ice cream technique which always stuck in my head. I was inspired by the idea and wanted to bring this technique to Mexico & Vancouver, BC. Rollado launched out of a food truck by the beach in Sayulita in 2022.
