Rollado Ice Cream in Sayulita is a must-try for everyone! These trendy ice cream tacos are hands down the most unique and entertaining treat Sayulita has to offer. Inspired by a Thai technique that is hand-rolled and wrapped up in a Mexican-style waffle "taco". All ice cream is made to order using fresh ingredients you won't find anywhere else. Come experience the magic and watch us create your dessert right before your eyes!

Offering 15 fresh mouth-watering flavours such as Cookies & Cream, Raspberry Cheesecake, Kinder Bueno, Salted Caramel Pretzel and Froot Loops. Mix it up and create your own custom flavour and choose from our classic "taco cone" or a chocolate-dipped "taco cone"

Amazing Dessert!!

We recently had our wedding in Sayulita (December 2023) and had Rollado cater the deserts / mini ice cream tacos. They were so good and such a fun experience. Guests enjoyed them a lot more than your traditional wedding cake! The team and staff were professional, easy to work with, and performed perfectly!

We also love going to their ice cream truck location whenever we are in town. We highly recommend them for any events or just for a yummy ice cream snack any day!

Wow. This was amazing. The whole family had one of rolled ice creams and they were all outstanding. The ladies work so hard to make it from scratch and I can honestly say it is one of the best ice creams I have ever had. It was so fresh and different anything I had before. I would really recommend it.

The best in Sayulita

Wow, this ice cream is so delicious, the best in Sayulita! It is creamy, thick and fresh and the cone (shell) is crunchy and sweet! They make the ice cream fresh right in front of you. My favorite flavor is the salted pretzel. All of the servers are lovely as well!

Indulgent treat! My favorite flavor is the cookies & cream but there are lots to choose from. The vibe is cool, branding on-point, and taste is muy rico. The owner imported the truck, customized it herself, and put lots of TLC into bringing this to life… and what a gem it’s been in sayulita.

Rollado was born out of my love for travelling. During an adventure to Sayulita in 2016, I met my life partner. We travelled together to Colombia where I first discovered the rolled ice cream technique which always stuck in my head. I was inspired by the idea and wanted to bring this technique to Mexico & Vancouver, BC. Rollado launched out of a food truck by the beach in Sayulita in 2022.
