Rollado Ice Cream in Sayulita is a must-try for everyone! These trendy ice cream tacos are hands down the most unique and entertaining treat Sayulita has to offer. Inspired by a Thai technique that is hand-rolled and wrapped up in a Mexican-style waffle "taco". All ice cream is made to order using fresh ingredients you won't find anywhere else. Come experience the magic and watch us create your dessert right before your eyes!

Check us out in our pink food truck on the North Side on Calle Mirimar 13 or at our Downtown location on Calle Gaviota 15.

Offering 15 fresh mouth-watering flavours such as Cookies & Cream, Raspberry Cheesecake, Kinder Bueno, Salted Caramel Pretzel and Froot Loops. Mix it up and create your own custom flavour and choose from our classic "taco cone" or a chocolate-dipped "taco cone"

The best!
