Each event is an immersive journey, combining the rich history of Cuban cigars with stories from decades of travel to Havana and the legendary tobacco fields of western Cuba. Guests will learn about the craftsmanship behind each cigar—one cigar is touched by over 200 pairs of skilled hands, from seed to box—and enjoy perfectly matched spirits and a thoughtfully curated tapas menu.

Such a great vibe! A perfect blend of elegant atmosphere, rich flavours and great service. The wine selection was 🔥 we tried a few by the glass and every one was spot on.

Everyone around us seemed to be having a great time too! Lots of good energy without being too loud.

Love it!

We absolutely love this place! A wrong turn up the hill turned our eyes to this Sayulita gem. Amazing ambience, exceptional hosts, and amazing tapas and cheese boards. The cocktails are crafted perfectly and the cigar lounge had a great selection (including my first Cuban). John and his wife are amazing humans and make everyone feel right at home at Bar Sanctum - we can’t wait to get back!
