Rod spent tons of time taking us to see as many houses as possible in the time we were here looking to ensure not only that we found the right place for us, but also to ensure we fully understood the process and learned a lot about Sayulita itself. We never felt pressured to buy, or to look at properties that were out of our price range. His understanding of building was extremely helpful while we were looking at homes and discussing possibilities for each individual property.
Once we got back home and had decided we had found 'the one', he was super helpful in keeping us on track and took care of more details than we probably even know about.
While buying a home from a distance seemed like a daunting task, he did everything in his power and then some to make the transaction as smooth and stress free as possible for us. He walked us through every step of the way from start to finish.
