Casa Tecolote Upper

Casa Tecolote Upper is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental with a solar heated salt water pool. Tucked away at the end of a quiet dead end street, but just a 5 minute walk to the beach or town center. 

The well equipped outdoor kitchen, with polished concrete countertops, and everything you need to cook an amazing meal, will make you feel right at home.  The water for the entire property is filtered and alkalized.

One bedroom has a King size beds with ensuite bathroom.  The other bedroom has two twin beds which can be put together for another king if preferred.  And there is an inflatable queen bed which can go in the larger bedroom if needed.  Casa Tecolote Upper accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.

The outdoor space has a lovely covered terrace, grassy lawn, sun loungers and the sparkling, solar heated, salt water pool.  And there is a second outdoor terrace on the upper level.

There is also a 3 bedroom unit downstairs, Casa Tecolote Lower, which can be rented together with Casa Tecolote Upper, if you want to rent the entire property of 5 bedrooms for up to 14 people.  We will never rent both units separately, so the property will always be private just for you.
