Casa Tocayo Vista

Casa Tocayo Vista in Sayulita is a hip beachfront condo on the north side of town. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom on the beach in Villas del Palmar complex.  Soak up views of the Sayulita Bay as you watch the surfers glide through the waves just outside your front door. In just a three-minute walk, you'll be downtown where you can enjoy all the shops and restaurants. There is a little market around the corner if you choose to take advantage of the beautiful kitchen at home. You won't need a car but a golf cart makes everything very convenient. 

Casa Tocayo Vista comes with air conditioning in all bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen. The house is in a complex of Mexican vacation homes which share the pool and common beach front court yard. Only minutes walking by the beach to downtown Sayulita.  This is a great location for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy Sayulita.

Casa Tocayo Vista sleeps max six adults and one child in the following arrangements:

Mid Level--

2 bedrooms both are air-conditioned, one king bed, and the other with a queen and one twin bed, each room has a small private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet

Luxury open air kitchen with granite countertops and locally sources parota wood cabinets, and full size stove and refrigerator, dining table, sitting area and bar.

Rooftop Suite--

The brand new rooftop suite is covered by a local tropical hardwood pergola and roof structure, showing off amazing natural beauty that radiates to the ocean view from the bedrooms large window and sliding glass door that opens to the covered patio with seating for happy hour and coffee hours.  The patio looks out over the pool and the ocean with wiping coconut palms in between.  

The rooftop suite has one large bedroom with a super quality king size mattress, and a small sofa, chaise lounges and a hammock are available outside on the patio.  The suite is air conditioned and the bathroom is huge and includes two showers, an integrated open air bathtub, and  a bench along one entire wall, above the sink is a window that looks to the Pacific.  

The shared condo complex swimming pool is right in front of the house and has a "children's" section for your kids, surrounded by lawns and lounge chairs, just steps from the beach. When you're ready to head to the beach, umbrellas and beach chairs will be provided to you.

The housekeeper, comes 5 days a week to clean for you. 

If you require more space, you can rent the entire house as a four bedroom unit, Casa Tocayo. Or, if you have fewer people, you can rent our one bedroom apartment, Casa Tocayo Playa, separately.
