Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of one night's lodging will apply upon signing the rental agreement. In addition, if reservations are cancelled between 90 days and 60 days of your planned arrival date, a cancellation fee of 1800 USD will be charged, and the remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded. If reservations are cancelled between 60 and 30 days before your planned arrival date, your first deposit will be returned, excluding a 3200 USD cancellation fee. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of your planned arrival date, no refund of the deposit will be offered. We will consider either a partial refund or moving the cancelled dates to another time that works for the renter if the property can be rebooked for the original dates. Please kindly note that refunds can only be provided for the rental value and excluding all HomeAway, VRBO, or FlipKey booking fees. We strongly encourage guests to purchase trip insurance.
