Villas Los Delfines Luxury Villas in Sayulita are two tropical villas, located in the beautiful Los Delfines beachfront front complex on the quiet north end of Sayulita Our villas are perfect for large groups and offer the best views of the ocean and jungle in Sayulita. Each villa has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to seven guests. The villas can be rented together or separately. The quiet north end location is steps from the beach, you can walk to either surf break, and there are no steep hills to climb.
Los Delfines is one of Sayulita's most popular beachfront complexes. This one of a kind property consists of twelve separate villas in a private and gated beachfront complex. The common areas offer two large shared swimming pools, several outdoor entertaining and seating areas and palapas with an outdoor grill. Enjoy the gorgeous Sayulita sunsets outside the open patio or lounge on the beach with several beach chairs. Your stay at Villas Los Delfines will be one to remember for a lifetime!

Casa Cascada - a stunning three bedroom, two bath villa. For your comfort, every bedroom at Casa Cascada has air conditioning. With a total of five beds, Casa Cascada can comfortably sleep seven guests. The large and open living space opens up to the outdoor lounge and ocean breeze. There is a beautiful outdoor seating area underneath a large palapa. Enjoy your evenings sipping on a margarita and hear the waves crashing on the shore.

Copa de Oro - a beautiful three bedroom, three bath villa. Enjoy tasteful furnishings and everyday amenities such as, CD/ Radio, WiFi, books and fully equipped kitchen. There are two master suites, both with king beds and private baths. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and two single beds with a third bathroom right across the hall. Every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. Copa de Oro can comfortably sleep seven people with plenty of extra space with built in sofas that can be transformed into twin beds.

Daily maid service (except Sundays and Mexican holidays) is included in the price, though your $20 - $30 USD tip to maid at week's end is customary.

The positives were many - Tanya the daily cleaner was amazing and very sweet! The bedrooms and living space were fine. The private back outdoor area was great, and the front outdoor area was nice and convenient. We used them a lot. We met some really nice people staying in the place next to us (crash cart Linda!!), and that always makes a vacation better!
The folks maintaining the property are nice and helpful as well. The only thing not ideal in the condo was the kitchen...it is in need of updating, it functions but is quite warn. The pool and grounds are also somewhat tired and overgrown...having said that we did see that some cutting back was happening while we were there.
The school and street noise others had mentioned, we did not find to be a big issue at all...its just normal everyday sounds. Overall we had a really nice time and enjoyed Sayulita!
Some of our group swam in the ocean on the north beach and it was ok - you have to be a decent swimmer to body surf but it was do-able and lots of people were in the water.
We only used bottled water - to brush teeth and drink and cook with (which is readily provided by the complex so that is very convenient and nice)...used tap water to shower and wash hands only.
We did rent a golf cart which was handy especially with the kids and for getting groceries etc. but you can also easily walk to town with no big hills because you are at beach level.
The one minute walk to the beach from the condo is no problem and the beach chairs and umbrella are great - other than a few of the chairs needed replacing as they were understandably well used!
Pizza Venezia is awesome and a must have more than once! Mary's Taco's is amazing and a must! La Rustica was also very good! And the ice cream place next to Pizza Venezia was a must stop in every night!
All in all, a great trip - thanks Sayulita - its friendly, fun, nice beaches, and places to eat etc! And thanks Garry!
