All reservations require a deposit of 50% in order to hold the reservation. The balance of the rental charge is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
If you cancel 60 days before your arrival date we will refund all your money. After the 60 days we will refund your money if we can re-rent the casita

Las Flores is a 1 Bed/1Bath: 480 sq ft., A/C, comfy king size bed, large bath, large kitchen/living area with 2 couches. The terrace has ocean and jungle views, dining table for 4, and chaise lounge chairs.
Tres Palmas is a 1Bed/1Bath: 360 sq ft., A/C, has a comfy queen size bed, bath, kitchen/living area with 2 couches. The terrace has a dining table for 4.
We have a housekeeper here 3 days a week to keep your casita fresh and tidy.
The kitchens in our casitas are fully equipped to prepare anything from cocktails and appetizers at sunset to a gourmet meal. There is also a bbq on the pool deck where you can relax with a margarita, grill your catch of the day, and watch the sunset.
The property is beautifully landscaped with walkways and terraces winding through an assortment of exotic, fragrant, flowering, tropical plants and trees. There is always a gentle ocean breeze blowing through the windows and across the patios.
The Casitas at Casa Colibri are situated on a quiet and charming cobblestoned street in a safe residential neighborhood. Our street, which is under a jungle canopy, welcomes visitors with birds chirping, iguanas resting in the trees, and neighbors walking their dogs. It is friendly and inviting. Beautiful flowers and tropical foliage abound. We are just south of town and an easy 5 minute walk to the central plaza and all the shops and restaurants, the main beach and surf break. We are also close to a stunning jungle trail that winds out to Playa los Muertos, a quieter, more remote swimming beach. It is truly an ideal location. Private and quiet yet close to all the action. Our property is walled and gated, and offers a secure, peaceful spot to retreat at the end of your day.
