Condo 601 in Sayulita is a new luxury penthouse with breathtaking ocean views on the tranquil north side of Sayulita and inside a secure luxury condominium complex. Condo 601 is our largest penthouse with 4.000 square ft total, a wrap around balcony and panoramic views of the bay. Perfect for 4 couples or a large family seeking privacy and tranquility on their Sayulita vacation. 

Condo 601, Paradise Penthouse has 4 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. There are three king, two full beds and two sofa beds perfect for up to 12 guests. 

Enjoy new furnishings, decor and luxury finishes. Condo 601's kitchen is state-of-the-art and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and hosting small events. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, TV/DVD, and spacious dining areas both inside and outside. A large wrap around balcony boasts outdoor dining, sunchairs, hammocks and spectacular views.

Garage parking, pool access to one of the largest pools in Sayulita, a small gym, roof garden lookout and tropical landscaping all come included in your stay at Condo 601.

The beach is located just across the street from the complex, a convenient 5-minute walk. The plaza is about a 15-minute walk and plenty of restaurants and stores can be found along the way just 5-10 minutes from the condo. The sea turtle camp where baby sea turtles are released at sunset is just across the street. 5 minutes down the road starts a jungle trail leading to gorgeous hidden beaches. 

Please note Condo 601 is on the 5th floor with stairs to climb/no elevator. It is NOT suitable for guests with mobility issues. Staff help carry all luggage to the condo for you. Golf carts are available for 45USD per day (highly recommend) The property is right in front of the main beach. There is a short incline/hill going up. The unit is three floors above our pools. Its balcony faces out to the ocean west and unit is incredibly quiet.
