The Space
Paraíso at Amare Las Villas occupies the garden level of the property, where a wall of sliding glass doors opens directly onto a large outdoor patio with views of the tropical foliage and the pool beyond. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and a built-in workspace. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a beautiful antique headboard. Both rooms share a well-appointed bathroom conveniently located between them. The open-concept living area brings together a full kitchen, a generous dining space anchored by a handcrafted parota wood table with benches, and a comfortable sectional sofa that looks out onto the garden — making it easy to feel connected to the outdoors even from inside.
The infinity-edge pool features a shallow lounge area and a cascading waterfall that makes you feel completely surrounded by nature — your own jungle retreat, minutes from the beach and town center. This home is ideal for up to 4 guests.

Everything Sayulita has to offer — restaurants, markets, boutiques, and nightlife — is within easy walking distance. If you prefer to rent a car or golf cart, street parking is available in front of the property. While not private, spots are typically easy to find within a block.
