Casita Alberca at Casa Terramar at Casa Terramar is your home away from home in Sayulita. Close to all the action and yet off the beaten path, nestled at the end of a cobblestone street, just 4 blocks from the beach and charming village of Sayulita.
This adult only property is perfect location for active couples, vacationing friends, solo travelers and digital nomads.
Casita Alberca at Casa Terramar, is a charming unit just off to the side of the pool. Alberca accommodates 3 people and features a fully equipped kitchen decorated with handmade Mexican tiles, en suite bathroom, queen 4 poster bed, day bed and a desk.
French doors open onto a large patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cerveza surrounded by a lush tropical plants.
The property features a large beautiful sparkling pool (one you can actually do laps in), a patio area complete with chaise loungers and umbrellas for poolside relaxing. The upper poolside terrace is a fun place to chill and a guest favorite. Maybe read a book in the hammock, practice a little yoga, enjoy a sunset happy hour or dinner alfresco?
Lush tropical landscaping makes the property feel like you are in your own private oasis. Most guests spend at least one day during their visit hanging by the pool and enjoying the tranquility of the space.

Casita Alberca at Casa Terramar amenities
-The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need; including coffee maker, microwave, toaster, utensils, dishes etc.
-We supply purified drinking and cooking water. Bacteriacida is also included for washing fresh fruit and vegetables.
-Housekeeping service is provided once per week. Your casita will be cleaned, sanitized and supplied with fresh towels and linens.
-Free secure wireless internet service is available throughout the property (even poolside) and each unit has it's own wireless internet portal, providing our guests with a more stable internet connection.
-A digital safe is available for your valuables.
-Beach towels are provided. Umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers are available to our guests as well.
Our Location
We are centrally located and close to both the beach and the village (about 4 blocks). We are at the end of a dead end street off of Calle Coral and the main boulevard into town. 4 blocks to the west is the beach and the northern surf break. The area is a mix of Mexican and vacation homes which gives an authentic feeling to the neighborhood.
We welcome guests 16 years and over.

Monthly rate: $2700 (excluding Christmas)
Rates subject to change without notice prior to booking. Our units rent by the week, typically from Saturday to Saturday. We are happy to accommodate alternative arrival dates based on availability.

In the event that you need to cancel or change your reservation, a full refund of your deposit will be given up to 45 days prior to your arrival date. After that we will refund only if we can re-rent your unit for the same dates. A $150.00 transaction fee is deducted from all refunds.
Note that we do not offer refunds on partial stays for any reason.
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival date. We use Paypal for all deposits, which allow you to pay with any credit card. Please note there is a 4% charge that is added to your rent.

Beth was friendly and responded promptly to any questions we had. Beth also has great knowledge of the area so can recommend restaurants, hikes etc.. Location is close to bus depot which was a bonus for us as we bused to many towns in the area. There is a bit of a hill to get to the property but that is common in Sayulita as are the morning roosters and festivities that go on in this active little town. Overall, we were very pleased to have chosen this little gem for our month long stay in Sayulita.
