Cancellation Policy:
Guests canceling more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 90% refund of their deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival are non-refundable.
If a guest fails to check in by 6 p.m. on the arrival date or cancels less than 24 hours before arrival, the full room charge will apply.
All cancellation requests must be sent an email with the reservation number included. Cancellations are confirmed via email.
For holiday periods—including Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, national festivities, and holiday weekends—a 100% prepayment of the reservation total is required to guarantee the booking. Cancellations during these dates are not accepted.
