Guests canceling more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 90% refund of their deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival are non-refundable.
If a guest fails to check in by 6 p.m. on the arrival date or cancels less than 24 hours before arrival, the full room charge will apply.
All cancellation requests must be sent an email with the reservation number included. Cancellations are confirmed via email.
For holiday periods—including Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, national festivities, and holiday weekends—a 100% prepayment of the reservation total is required to guarantee the booking. Cancellations during these dates are not accepted.
The location is excellent, just minutes from downtown Sayulita but far enough away to enjoy tranquility and privacy. The facilities are impeccable: clean, well-maintained, and with a design that blends perfectly with the natural surroundings. Every corner of the hotel is designed to offer comfort and beauty.
Cleanliness was another strong point; everything was sparkling clean, from the room to the common areas. The hotel also has a special charm, with incredible views, tropical vegetation, and a relaxing atmosphere that invites you to unwind.
Without a doubt, a beautiful place that combines comfort and attention. I would definitely return to this beautiful gem.
