On our 6-acre agave estate near Sayulita and Punta Mita, the open-air kitchen turns local produce, fresh seafood, and fire into honest flavors. Built with reclaimed and sustainable materials, the space is photogenic, soulful, and very Cachasol.
Our rotating menu celebrates Mexico’s greatest hits, including:
• Handmade quesadillas and sopes (Oaxaca cheese, flor de calabaza, or chorizo)
• Fresh ceviche, cactus salad, esquites, and molcajete guacamole
• Fire-grilled proteins like flank steak, shrimp, and cecina
• Seasonal elotes, hearty shrimp broth, and slow-cooked frijoles
• Pastel de elote with corn ice cream
