Welcome to our working agave distillery in Sayulita—home of Cachasol Tequila and the area’s first and only Raicilla distillery. Just minutes from Sayulita and Punta Mita (an easy day trip from Puerto Vallarta), our 6-acre estate blends striking, sustainable architecture with more than 3,000 agaves and two acres of gardens for a true farm-to-glass experience.

A destination for agave spirit enthusiasts and cultural explorers alike, join us for a 90-minute guided distillery tour in Sayulita, where we share how we harvest, ferment, and distill—down to our ancestral Filipino stills. Along the way, enjoy tastings of our additive-free Tequila and Raicilla, seasonal cocktails, and fresh farm-to-table bites from our open kitchen. Did we say bites? It's a ton of food! Simple Magical

It was an incredible experience with Jose and the entire team. We visited the farm for my wife’s 40th birthday and brought some friends with us. This was our 2nd time visiting Cachasol and it was even better than the first.

Authentic experience for Tequila lovers and those looking for a fun experience

We were a family of 6 and majority not tequila drinkers. This tour changed that!

It was such an incredible experience from start to finish. Monty was very knowledgeable and besides the incredible tequila and food, made the tour outstanding.

This one is special.

A day well spent, a tequila we won’t forget ☀️🥃

We had one of those days — the kind that stays with you long after it’s over. Visiting Cachasol Tequila in Mexico was equal parts learning, tasting, laughing, and genuine appreciation for the craft behind an exceptional spirit.

Walking through the process from agave to glass gave us a whole new respect for what goes into great tequila. Cachasol is made from 100% blue agave grown in Nayarit, and what makes it especially fascinating is their use of IPA beer yeast during fermentation — a creative twist that brings out brighter citrus and floral notes than you’d expect in a traditional tequila. It’s one of those details that makes you go, “Ohhh… that’s why it tastes like this.”

And the taste? Absolutely incredible. Smooth, clean, full of agave flavor, with just enough complexity to make you slow down and actually savor it. This is tequila you can sip neat and truly enjoy — not just something to mix and forget.

But what really made the day special was the experience itself. Seeing the agave fields, learning how long the process takes, hearing the story behind the brand, and tasting along the way — it all made the tequila feel personal. You don’t just drink Cachasol… you understand it.

If you’re anywhere near Sayulita / Punta Mita, go. Make the time. Whether you’re a tequila lover or just someone who enjoys learning how things are made, this is such a fun, memorable experience — and you’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for Mexican craftsmanship (and probably a bottle or two 😉).

Amazing staff, beautiful lunch paired with tequila & a stunning location

This is a must visit! We had an amazing time at Cachasol. The staff was unbelievable and the food was such a great surprise. We had a beautiful lunch with our tequila paired with it.
