We are so pleased to share our beloved, newly renovated home with you. It is located on the Southside of Sayulita on Calle Naranjito (street of little oranges), a quiet, dead-end street. Casa Dos Rios is just a 5-minute walk to the downtown center and about a 7-minute walk to the main beach with no big hills or steep inclines. It is nice and close to town, restaurants, shopping, and the beaches but far enough away that you don’t hear the sounds of town when you are ready to relax. A golf cart can be nice for exploring but is not needed.  We bought the home in May of 2022.  

Casa Dos Rios in Sayulita has two separate suites that can be rented separately or at the same time when you need the
whole house for friends and family. They are self-contained units that share a newly built pool.  It's a great setup as there is plenty of space to spend time together and enough seperation to take time apart.  

Upstairs Casa: The upstairs suite has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a new, memory foam King bed and the second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. Both bedrooms come equipped with A/C. There is a third sleeping space in the open air rooftop palapa room with a queen bed. The palapa room has a table and chairs that are perfect for an evening drink, meal, or card game while you look out over the jungle and town. There is one washroom, a spacious living room with beautiful, traditional brick ceilings, and a breezy patio with a dining table overlooking the backyard pool and gardens. The fully equipped, traditional-style kitchen is open to the living room space.

Downstairs Casa: The suite downstairs at Casa Dos Rios is spacious with high, traditional brick ceilings and a living room open to the well-stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable sleep. There is one washroom. The suite has a beautiful, breezy patio overlooking the backyard pool and 
garden with a barbecue if you are inclined to grill a meal.

Pool and Yard: The heated (or cooled!) pool, back yard patio, and gardens are shared between the two rental suites. There is a bathroom and outdoor shower next to the pool.

A golf cart is also available to rent.  The house is walkable from town but it can be great for exploring, convenience, and visitng Playa de Los Muertos and Playa Carrecitos.  

Renovations Completed! We bought this house in May 2022 and have done some improvements: adding the second bedroom in each suite, adding the pool with heater and cooling system, a bathroom and outdoor shower next to the pool and some fresh paint.    Some of the rooms have more neutral wall colour than in these photos.  

House Staff: Our house manager Javier will be available should you need anything or have questions. Karla cleans the space during your stay.
