Casa Dos Rios Downstairs in Sayulita, Mexico (previously Casa Los Conchas)
We are so pleased to share our newly renovated beloved home with you. It is located on the Southside of Sayulita on Calle Naranjito (street of little oranges), a quiet, dead-end street. Casa Dos Rios is just a 5-minute walk to the downtown center and about a 7-minute walk to the main beach with no big hills or steep inclines. The walk home from town is a slight, upward slope. It is nice and close to town, restaurants, shopping, and the beaches but also far enough away that you don’t hear the sounds of town when you are ready to relax. A golf cart can be nice for exploring but is not needed.
Casa Dos Rios in Sayulita consists of two self-contained, private suites suites - Downstairs & Upstairs. The suites can be rented separately or together for larger groups. The units share a beautiful pool and deck area.
Casa Dos Rios Downstairs Casa: The suite downstairs at Casa Dos Rios is spacious with high, traditional brick ceilings and a living room open to the well-stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable sleep. There is one washroom. The suite has a beautiful, breezy patio overlooking the backyard pool and
garden with a barbecue if you are inclined to grill a meal.
Pool & Yard: The heated (or cooled!) pool, back yard patio, and gardens are shared between the two rental suites. There is a bathroom and outdoor shower next to the pool.
A golf cart is available to rent. The house is walkable, for sure, but a golf cart is very nice for the convenience, exploration, and getting to the further beaches like Playa de Los Muertos and Playa Carrecitos.

Renovations Completed! We bought this house in May 2022 and have done some improvements: adding the second bedroom in each suite, adding the saltwater pool with heater and cooling system, a bathroom and outdoor shower next to the pool, and some fresh paint.
House Staff: Our house manager Javier will be available should you need anything or have questions. Carla cleans the space during your stay.

There is a 4-night minimum rental
50% of the rental fee is due to reserve your chosen dates, the other 50% is due 30 days before your rental date.
High Season: November 1 - May 31 - $220/night
Low Season: June 1 - October 31 - $150/night
Holidays are the weeks including Christmas, New Year's, Semana Santa ( Good Friday and Easter) - $270/night
Your deposit is refundable if you cancel more than 60 days before your booking.
If your notice is less than 60 days, you will get a refund once your reserved dates get re-booked.
E-transfer within Canada is accepted
