1. Let’s Start with You…

Can you tell us a little about yourself and what brought you to Sayulita?
I moved to Sayulita after managing the wellness center at Selina Puerto Escondido. When Selina opened in Sayulita, I transferred here to run their wellness program. After a year, I felt called to share my work on my own terms and start my own healing business and school.

I spent three months in Costa Rica teaching and leading retreats, and when I returned to Sayulita, I knew it was time to create something new. Reiki had completely transformed my life, and more people were becoming curious about learning it. I spent six months hosting free weekly Reiki circles so the community could experience my work, while also teaching courses and offering private therapies.

Three years ago, I returned to hosting retreats—first 1:1 and then group retreats—because sharing the magic of Reiki through immersive experiences is what I love most. Sayulita proved to be the perfect, supportive place to do that.

What’s something most people don’t know about your story?
I actually have a master’s degree in Public Administration—nothing to do with healing! I never imagined I could channel divine messages or heal with my hands.

My Reiki journey started unexpectedly when my first teachers offered to trade services. I agreed, and a year later, feeling lost and struggling with pain and depression, I began to pray—just in case God existed. One day, I heard a clear inner voice telling me to take Reiki Level 2. That course completely changed my life.

Soon after, I joined a 3-week yoga retreat in Oaxaca… and never returned to city life. I learned massage therapy, followed my intuition, and unknowingly started building what is now my healing business.

What makes your business unique in Sayulita?
I use Reiki not just for healing, but for expansion. In one session, clients experience Reiki, intuitive channeling, and soul activation. I help people shift beliefs, reconnect to their higher potential, and feel transformation in their bodies.

My Reiki trainings aren’t traditional—they’re initiations. In just two days, students awaken intuition, strengthen psychic abilities, and discover their authentic voice as healers. My mission is to help people activate their gifts quickly so they can create powerful impact in the world.

How would you describe the vibe of your work?

What offering is closest to your heart?
Teaching Reiki. Watching students uncover abilities they never knew they had is pure magic.

This community makes me feel at home. Sayulita attracts people who understand my lifestyle and spiritual path.

Do you collaborate with anyone locally?
Yes — I partner with Nómada Hotel for retreats.

How do you give back to Sayulita?
I offer free community Reiki circles and donation-based therapies for locals so everyone can access healing support.

5. Looking Forward

What’s next for you and your business?
This year we’re offering more 5-day Reiki training retreats and focusing on training long-term residents to build a strong community of Reiki practitioners.

Healers often struggle to receive, so our Free Beach Reiki Circle gives us (and visitors) a safe space to be cared for regularly.
