Most ingredients come directly from the on-site garden or neighboring fields. Local fishermen supply the mahi mahi. The comal runs on hardwood. Watch tortillas pressed fresh, salsas ground in the molcajete, and meats grilled over an open flame — the kitchen is in full view, surrounded by herbs, citrus, and chilies picked that morning.
The restaurant sits in the Comedor, a relaxed open-air space on the farm where the plates are meant to be shared, not staged. Pair your meal with estate-made tequila or raicilla poured by the glass or flight from the Cachashade Bar — spirits crafted on the same land where your food was grown.
The kitchen and the distillery are the same project: estate-grown, made with intention, served with real hospitality.
Open Tuesday through Sunday, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Walk-ins welcome; reservations recommended for groups and weekends. For inquiries or reservations, message via WhatsApp or use the contact form.
