Mi Casita in Sayulita is a lovely one bedroom one bath studio located on the quiet north end of the beach with a great beach and ocean view. Mi casita has everything you could want for a relaxing Sayulita getaway. Beautiful Mexican touches are found throughout the Casita with bright colors and one of a kind decor. The kitchen has a two burner stove to make quick meals, plenty of cabinet space, an eating nook, fridge and toaster oven. There are Mexican tiled countertops and back splash giving this kitchen a cozy, authentic feel. Modern appliances with cutlery, plates, pots and pans ensure you have everything you need for cooking a great meal.
The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with quality sheets and linens provided. There is a small futon at the foot of the bed for a child. There is a desk and chair in the bedroom for getting work done online. Large sliding doors connect from the bedroom to the patio with a hammock, a small table and chairs with an umbrella and an ocean view, available just steps away from your bed. Relax in the hammock and read a great book while hearing the ocean waves and sea birds.
The living area has a table for two with large comfortable "equipale" leather chairs. A flat screen TV with DVD's are provided for your entertainment for those relaxing nights in. The living room receives excellent natural sunlight throughout the day, making Mi Casita feel warm and airy.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation of rental reservation is requested by Renter up to 60 days (120 days for Christmas) before rental arrival date then the total amount of the rental will be returned minus $150 USD transaction fee. If cancellation is requested after 60 days (120 days for Christmas) before arrival date then no money will be returned unless the property can be re-rented for this period. There will be a transaction fee of $150 USD assessed from total amount refunded.
