Casa Hafiz in Sayulita is a peaceful one-bedroom garden suite at Villa Poema de Amor, designed for guests who value privacy, comfort, and simplicity. Tucked among the villa’s tropical gardens and just minutes from the energy of downtown Sayulita, it’s an ideal retreat for couples looking to slow down and enjoy the quieter side of this Riviera Nayarit beach town.

From the moment you arrive, the suite feels like your own hidden corner of Sayulita. A private suite entrance lets you come and go at your own pace, and your garden patio is the perfect place for morning coffee, an afternoon with a good book, or a quiet moment to unwind after a day at the beach, all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

Inside, handcrafted Mexican architecture and artisan furnishings create a warm, inviting space. A comfortable king bed sets the tone for restful nights, while the spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a hand-painted Talavera sink that adds a beautiful touch of local craftsmanship. Air conditioning and high-speed WiFi keep everyday comfort easy throughout your stay.

The convenient kitchenette is set up for breakfast, coffee, snacks, and light meals. It includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, two-burner electric cooktop, drip coffee maker, toaster, and basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. It’s best suited for simple meals rather than elaborate cooking, which leaves plenty of room to explore Sayulita’s restaurants in the evenings.

Your reservation includes exclusive use of Casa Hafiz, including the king suite, private bathroom, kitchenette, and patio. Just a few steps away, you’ll also enjoy shared access to the villa’s saltwater pool overlooking Sayulita Bay, along with its tropical gardens and outdoor common areas, shared only with guests of the villa. While the suite itself sits at garden level without bay views from inside, the pool and common areas offer beautiful panoramic views of the bay. A neighboring building may be visible from portions of the property and forms part of the surrounding hillside landscape.

Free gated parking includes one designated space per condo intended for a golf cart. Parking for regular vehicles is limited and cannot be guaranteed, so please reach out in advance if you plan to bring a car. Because of the hillside location, the owners highly recommend renting a golf cart, the easiest and most enjoyable way to explore town. Downtown, the beaches, restaurants, and shops are all nearby, and the owners are happy to recommend trusted local rental companies before your arrival.

Pair this suite with its neighbor in Casa Hafiz + Lorca, or discover Casa Lorca with its oversized palapa terrace and Casa Rumi, the villa’s domed penthouse with panoramic bay views. For groups of four, Casa Neruda and Casa Zen each offer two bedrooms, and the entire Villa Poema de Amor can host up to 14 guests.

Villa Poema de Amor is breathtaking, peaceful, and serene. We loved every minute of our stay with our main goal to unwind and relax met at every level. Far enough from the busyness of Sayulita, close enough to walk to town for anything, we couldn’t have picked a better stay! The property managers were super attentive and helpful and made sure to go above and beyond to make our trip awesome. Stay here! You won’t regret it!!

Amazing home & hosts

Breathtaking rental! The property managers themselves absolutely made our stay. Super accommodating and responsive! They were very helpful from the time we booked to days before our arrival checking in to make sure we had everything we needed from directions to transportation. They checked in with us throughout our entire stay which made our trip that much better!!!! The house has 4 separate units. It is located up a long dirt road so you should plan to rent a golf cart rental. The property managers got us one delivered to the house within twenty minutes of our arrival even though we didn’t previously reserve one. Side note for Sayulitas in general; bring pesos prior to arrival as everyone is “cash only” and you'll get the best exchange rate at your bank

Amazing!

Amazing property in a wonderful location near Playa de los Muertos

The entire Villa Poema de Amor is an amazing property. We stayed in Rumi, views spectacular, very clean, Antonio was there for our arrival and departure. Cleaners were very friendly and did an amazing job. If you don't mind a 10 minute walk to town its the place to stay in Sayulita!! Nice and quiet as it is slightly away from the town but not too far away!! Will defiantly return!
