Sayulita Comes Together to Support Centro Creativo 🎨✨
There’s something truly magical about Sayulita — it’s not just the surf, sunsets, or cobblestone streets, but the way our community comes together when it matters most. This October, local fitness and holistic teachers are joining forces for a week of wellness classes to raise funds for Centro Creativo, a safe haven where children of Sayulita explore art, movement, and creativity.
Why Centro Creativo Matters
For years, Centro Creativo Sayulita has been offering free art classes for local children. Under the guidance of director Treva, these classes have become more than just an activity — they’re a joyful, empowering space where kids unleash their creativity, connect with others, and express themselves in ways that shape confidence and imagination.
But keeping these classes going isn’t easy. The center depends entirely on donations and volunteers, and right now, they need to raise 25,000 pesos to cover a year’s worth of art supplies.
A Week of Wellness for a Cause
Starting October 22nd at Sayulita Yoga Center, an incredible lineup of local teachers will host daily classes at 9 AM and 6 PM. The schedule will feature:
- Yoga 🧘
- Pilates 💪
- Boxing 🥊
- Sound baths 🎶
- Breathwork 🌬️
Every peso raised will go directly to Centro Creativo, ensuring children continue to have access to free art classes twice a week.
How Else You Can Help
In addition to attending classes, you can support the cause by purchasing handmade organic soaps crafted by Treva herself. These soaps are available at Jungle Hair in Plaza Cocula for just 100 pesos each, with all proceeds going directly to Centro Creativo.
