So tasty!
You may not think to eat Thai food while in Mexico, but you'll regret it if you miss Achara while in Sayulita.
We had a large group and were able to reserve two tables in the back of this small restaurant. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. We pretty much got one of everything and it was impossible to pick a favorite dish.
Beyond tasty food and drink, the simple décor and ascetics are on point. Make sure to check out Achara.

The best meal in the 3 weeks we were there!
DO NOT MISS EATING HERE! The food and service are top notch! My friends and I were completely blown away. My husband is a Chef and I have been in the restaurant business all my life. I really can not express enough how amazing everything we ordered was. The cocktails and even the non alcoholic beverages were so fantastic. We had many things, but the Snapper special was my favorite. The food was all presented beautifully and the flavors simple and complex at the same time!

I'm honestly trying to remember when I've ever had better Thai food, and I can't think of one time. The food isn't just fresh and delicious, the dishes are imaginative without being overly fancy; the drinks, too, are distinctive and all excellent. And on top of that, the setting (especially the back patio) and the incredibly nice staff really makes for a pretty wonderful night. I'd actually love to spend more time in Sayulita, and if I manage to do that I feel like Achara is gonna become my go-to place. Highly recommended.

We decided to take our extended family for a meal at this lovely restaurant. Our party’s ages ranged from 9 to 60 and everyone LOVED everything we tried (we ordered at least one of almost everything on the menu because all dishes are perfect for sharing). Delicious drinks and great service too! Definitely check it out!

I could eat here every day!
Such delicious Thai food and such a surprise to find here in Sayulita. The flavors are on point and the house cocktail with mezcal, pineapple, and basil is to die for! Great ambience and love the romantic courtyard area in the back.

Excellent food and stellar service!
My wife and I recently ate at Achara, we had the new pumpkin fried rice and the Pad Thai - the food was excellent and the portions were really generous. Definitely good value!
Achara has a great atmosphere, beautiful decor, gorgeous outdoor "garden" table and the service couldn't have been better. You can sit and people watch in the front of the restaurant or dine in the back garden and forget that you are just meters away from one of Sayulita's main streets.
We will definitely go back and strongly recommend Achara to others!

Transport yourself to Thailand
I had a lovely solo dinner experience here - just me & a book! I ordered the vegetable green curry with shrimp accompanied by (two) watermelon and mint margs - yum! Architecturally speaking, the restaurant is beautiful and I love the direct view of the chefs at work. My food tasted and felt authentic and after striking up a conversation with the manager, Jorge, learnt that the owner went to culinary school in Bangkok.
