An Excellent Experience
A hidden gem nestled on the rooftop in the heart of Sayulita. After class we got to use the beautiful sauna and cold plunge! 10/10 recommend. The owners, Dana and Rave, are so accommodating and have cultivated an amazing community. They are so knowledgeable and care so deeply about creating a space that can nourish you physically, mentally, and spiritually.

The wellness space that sayulita needed!! there’s space is absolutely beautiful. The owners, Dana and rave are incredible, very knowledgeable, and all things health and wellness (especially their specialty of breath work)! This place has been intentionally created to not only provide the beautiful facilities of yoga, sauna, and cold plunge, but also to foster a sense of community!
