We ask for a 50% deposit to secure the reservation, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Please note that these payments are non-refundable. However, should you need to cancel for any reason I will attempt to re-rent the house. In the case that the house is re-rented, your payment will be refunded minus any fees.

If you are saving your pesos for surf adventures, the casita also offers a well-stocked kitchenette to be able to prepare meals on site. And on those nights you just feel like chilling at home, there is a comfy couch, AC, and a big tv with Netflix. Paradise found... don't hesitate. This place is a great find!
