Seasonal rates are per night and in US Dollars
HIGH SEASON: November 1 -April 30 - there is a 4 night minimum
MID SEASON : May 1 to 31st and the month of October 1-31 - there is a 4 night minimum
LOW SEASON : June 1 -July 31 - Supper low season August 1-Sept 31 - there is 4 night minimum
HIGH SEASON : November 1-April 30 $1200.00 USD per night entire property - 4 bdrms/4.5 bathrooms, including separate casita with full kitchen.
MID SEASON : May 1-31 $950.00 USD per night 4 bdrms/4.5 bathrooms, including casita
Christmas week $1695.00 per night. New Years week $1695.00 per night. 50% deposit to secure reservation balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
To confirm your reservation for all dates other than Christmas/New Years:
• 50% at time of booking, balance due 45 days prior to arrival
•Maid service 6 days a week included except Sundays/holidays
Final cleaning is included in the rates unless excessive cleaning is required $200 can be accessed
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Xmas New Years week final 60 days prior to arrival.
This is a non-smoking home. Pets are not allowed.
$1000.00 refundable security deposit if property is undamaged.
16% IVA tax will apply to all rentals as per government regulations
Restrictions:
• Responsible party must be at least 28 years of age. Maximum 10 guests please
• Renter is responsible for any damage to the property
• NO Smoking - anywhere on the property except back garden.
Guests who cancel more than 60 days prior to check in will get back 100% of the amount we have received. For cancellations less than 60 days, we will do our best to rebook your same dates and refund the amount recovered in the new booking less a $200 fee if successful.
Payment can be by direct bank deposit or by wire transfer. Please note 16% IVA tax will be added to all rentals as per government regulations
We booked our trip several months before going and I had a few questions for Janis before going. Janis always was super responsive and informative.
We were given a very thorough handbook explaining everything about the house and many other extra things we can do. Take the time to read it and you will be very prepared.
Carlos (the house manager) arranged our transportation to/from the house, which was easy, fairly priced and most importantly punctual.
Carlos and the housekeeper keep the home up perfectly and both are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The suggested cook, Chef Nuri, made the absolute best meals we had on our stay. My only regret is we didn’t book more meals.
We had a little issue with one of the rooms at checkout. Janis communicated the issue, the resolution and the cost was more than fair. Janis is clearly very trustworthy.
The house is on a steep hill. Recommend you rent from the golf cart company that is recommended by Janis. They have by far the nicest carts in town and are good people.
When we return to Sayulita, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this house. As far as we are concerned, it was just perfect.
