Casa Fenix Suite 4 in Sayulita is a bright and airy studio with a breath-taking jungle mountain views. This fully equipped & spacious unit has a full kitchen and bath, a comfortable king size bed, A/C and reliable wifi. Enjoy coffee on your private patio to enjoy the sunrise over the hills.
Casa Fenix Suite 4 is a safe 5 min walk to both the beach and the town square, close enough to all the action, and far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. We are steps away from the best taco stand in Sayulita, plus a great tienda for supplies and cold beer.
The space
Relax in your private and spacious 650 sq ft studio apartment featuring airy 9" ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen. Open up the sliding patio doors and enjoy your coffee while you take in the jungle sunrise view or a drink before a night out. The plush king size bed is the focus of the room with an additional twin day bed for lounging or sleeping.
Guest access
There is a sun deck level with chairs and an umbrella for your enjoyment. This will be where the pool will go in the near future!

Other things to note
The owner/host Anne lives on the property and will welcome you upon arrival and is there for any needs. You can also expect to be greeted by our two friendly dogs and cat. Though you do not have to climb a big hill to reach the property, there are two flights of stairs to access the suites. We are also in the process of upgrading the exterior of the property and there may be construction materials around the premises.

It’s a truly beautiful space that is perfect for digital nomads like me. The views are stunning and the apartments are big and airy with lots of natural light. Perfect for staying at home and working.
You’re a 5 minute walk from the town, which is the perfect distance, because the town is so lively that it’s nice to escape it.
I really can’t recommend this place enough. Anne creates a nice atmosphere so you don’t feel like you’re at a resort, and she can give you lots of practical advice on things to do e.t.c but if you just want to keep your head down and have some privacy, you also have that.
I’ve stayed in lots of airbnbs in Sayulita (in various price brackets) and in my opinion Anne’s place is the best.
