Casa Los Loros in Sayulita is a spectacular ocean view hacienda overlooking Sayulita's coast and mountains. Our house feautures NEW AIR CONDITIONING in each of the three bedrooms, has a total of  3 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 8 people. The house is fully furnished and offers a full kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, and microwave. All dishes,utensils and pots/pans are provided. The house is located in the exclusive, quiet north side neighborhood of Colina Nanzal (Nanzal Hill). We look forward to welcoming you and your family to our very special vacation villa!

Our hospitable property manager, Kim, will be a valuable asset during your visit.  She will assist with check-in as well as continue to be available to assist with your needs during your visit. Our housekeepers will thoroughly clean the house before each guest arrival and upon each guest departure. If extra house cleaning is desired at any time during a guest's visit, it can be arranged with Kim for an extra charge. Due to damages in the past, no guest use of the laundry is permitted. However our housekeeper will be available to wash, dry and fold guests' laundry for a nominal fee. Please ask Kim to facitate this extra service. Our pool service man will visit two mornings a week to professionally clean and maintain the pool to the very highest standards of clarity and cleanliness.

Our three bedrooms can sleep up to 8 guests, perfect for families.

• Delfines bedroom offers one queen bed & one single bed with an en-suite bathroom 
• Tortuga Bedroom offers three single beds with an en-suite bathroom
• Flores bedroom upstairs offers one queen bed with an en-suite bathroom

A flat-screen TV and BluRay/DVD player can be found in each bedroom and a stereo with USB port is located in the main living area. There is a library of films on DVD/Bluray and an assortment of music CD's available for guest use in the house.

WiFi: We are proud to offer our guests probably the fastest, most reliable internet sevice available in Sayulita. WiFi is fully included in the rental rate. 

In addition to a new A/C SYSTEM in all three bedrooms, there are ceiling fans in all rooms, including all bathrooms and above front patio. An additional floor fan in each bedroom and dining area is provided. Being located on a hillside, there is generally a dependable cooling breeze during parts of the day and night. Your comfort is priority number one!

Pool and decks: Entering the property via the steep staircase from street level, you will immediately notice the sparkling infinity pool and the spacious furnished lower patio. The pool is passive solar heated, meaning that its temperature will approximate the surrounding air temperature. A second upper patio awaits your enjoyment as well, with both patios offering ample space for open air lounging and dining: The lower patio offers two round dining table sets, two loungers, a cushioned love seat and built-in tile bench seats.The upper patio features an impressive pergola, a large dining table, a portable Weber BBQ, a tiled wet bar, and two chaise lounges for your comfort.  At poolside you will also find two loungers and chairs for your comfort and enjoyment. Everything is all set to step outside with your morning coffee and check the surf from the front patio. You may also choose to spend the afternoon floating in the infinity pool surrounded by vistas of the ocean, jungle and mountains, maybe with a favorite book or cold cerveza in hand! 

Smoking: Please note that smoking is permitted only on the two patios and on the pool deck. There is no smoking permitted inside the house.

The experience of Casa Los Loros simulates being perched in your own luxurious aerie looking down on a tropical paradise with colorful birds frequently flying above. Our location offers privacy and tranquility along with never-ending stunning ocean views, yet at all times you're only a 6 minute walk to the sand and another 8 minute walk to town center via the beach or the adjacent frontage road. NOTE: There are steep sets of stairs going to the house from street level which may not accomodate physically-challenged guests. Please consider before reserving.

Transportation options to walking around town are several: Rental cars are available at the airport upon arrival or less frequently in town. There are of course the ever-popular golf carts zipping around Sayulita's streets. Golf cart rentals can be arranged from several local vendors in town or online prior to departure from your home. There are numerous types and sizes of carts available.The final choice will be completely up to you! There is a charging outlet for a cart just inside the front gate to the property.

Reservations: Please use the contact form for inquiries to make a reservation. There is a reservation minimum of 5 consecutive nights and a preferred 7 night minimum during the highest holiday seasons. The maximum number of guests allowed per reservation is 8.

**Please note that we do NOT rent to wedding or bachelor/bachelorette parties. We also decline to rent to large groups whose intent is rowdy behavior. Both non-negotiable restrictions are direct consequences of past incidents resulting in property damage to ours and neighboring properties. Our rental focus is essentially on families and/or responsible adult groups.

Of course, there are countless other restaurants for you to discover tjat are not listed here. Please note that local restaurants continually come and go, so guide is completely accurate. Just follow your eyes, noses, and appetites and you won't ever be disappointed!

Sayulita: 

• Don Pedro's (one of oldest spots in town! Fine dining overlooking main beach)
• Pizza Venezia (inexpensive but delicious authentic pizza down the hill by elementary school)
• Don Juan's (secluded dining spot along Punta de Mita highway)
• Choco Banana (corner of plaza, local landmark, popular for breakfast) 
• Mimi's small pastry stand off the main plaza most evenings (the best homemade pies&cakes anywhere!) 
• And there are SO MANY OTHERS in town, ranging from humble to elegant, with new ones seeming to pop up each season.
