Description
Casa Zula Sayulita is a new and modern but cozy, well-decorated house, located on the quiet North side of town. Relax in this charming space where in addition to having spectacular views of the sea and Sayulita landscape, you hear the waves crashing 400m from you. Away from the hustle and bustle but just 1km from downtown, you will have everything you could need to live and enjoy a beach vacation: with pool, terrace, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, parking and more.
The space
Casa Zula is a 3-bedroom house with a private bathroom, pool, terrace, dining room, living room, kitchen, half bathroom and outdoor shower.
Casa Zula has spectacular views of the sea, the village and the Monkey Mountain. You can also listen to the sound of the sea from the house! In the afternoon you can enjoy the sunset in front of you by taking a margarita at the pool listening to the swell of the sea.
Guest access
As a guest of Casa Zula you will have access to the entire house: parking inside the condominium, the 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, outdoor shower, pool, terrace with outdoor dining room, dining room, living room, pantry and fully equipped kitchen.
Note: there is a house under construction next to Casa Zula, and it is Mexico, where people are naturally louder than most places in USA, Canada, or Europe. No loud radios are being played though, it's just the natural sounds of people working nearby.

Beautiful home on the hills of Sayulita. Paulo was super responsive to any requests. Daily cleaning, and the pool was perfection for nightly sunsets. Be advised there is quite the hill to get up to the home, however a golf cart was more then enough and the view was 100% worth it.

A taste of paradise
Casa Zula in Sayulita is simply paradise. From the warm hospitality of the hosts to the breathtaking ocean views, every moment here was pure bliss. The sound of waves, the starry nights, and the complete silence made it an unforgettable stay. The kitchen with its ocean vista made cooking a joy. Casa Zula is truly one of the greatest places I've ever stayed. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a slice of heaven.

Close to center
Paulo and Laura's house is beautiful, recently built, decorated with very good taste and excellent materials. The cherry on top is the view of Sayulita Bay, from where you can admire the beautiful sunset. You can enjoy the proximity to the center, without feeling the noise or bustle of the tourist area. It is ideal if you have a trip of 6 couples, in which case they would enjoy the entire establishment for the entire group. Paulo always responded quickly and kindly to any request. We would definitely come back with them.

Felt right at home
I didn’t realize when booking that Casa Zula is a shared house, but I was pleasantly surprised. There is plenty of room and gorgeous places to sit and lounge. During our stay we only overlapped briefly with another guest. There is some construction happening on the house directly next door—the loud noises began around 8:30am and happened mostly Monday-Friday. It was much more quiet on the weekend. We like to get to bed early and wake up early so we were able to have a calm morning before the construction began each day. This worked well for us! Paulo and Laura are great hosts and made us feel right at home :)

Amazing place with amazing hosts.
The view is unique and super beautiful, you have a view of all of Sayulita, super central and close to the beach.
The place is spectacular, the house is very beautiful and the spaces are super nice and cozy.
The hosts are super attentive and friendly people, and they make your stay in the place magical.

You Won't Regret It
Fabulous clean and modern stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rental includes daily cleaning - make sure to tip the cleaner who is very nice and does a great job. If your too lazy to cook, the have a menu for food purchase and a bakery.
The only caveat was the hill to get to the stay. Our vehicle was a light 4 cylinder and we couldn't make it. We took cheap cabs and Laura (Paulo's wife), graciously offered to give us rides if needed. I think most vehicles can make it up though! So don't worry. Walking also isn't that bad - it's about a 6 min walk to the beach.
Anyways, worth the stay, you will not regret it :)

Excellent Location
My stay was great! The accommodation provides everything you could wish for. The view is impressive and you can relax really well. The hosts are extremely knowledgeable and can give tips for nearby beaches and restaurants.
The location is excellent, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the accommodation to the sea.
I would come back at any time!

I am a biologist, nature guide, baker, sailor, and also a host. I have been residing in Sayulita since September 2023, following over 5 years of living in La Paz, BCS, where I also hosted guests. Now, Darai my sister and I offer you a unique space on the hills of Sayulita: Casa Zula, where you can enjoy views of the sea, the town, the sunset, and Monkey Mountain.
