Well-appointed, tasteful, artful place
The most well-appointed, tasteful, artful place I've ever stayed in Sayulita! No negatives at all, it's centrally located with no hills to conquer. You can hear the Sayulita waves crashing...and that's saying a lot in Sayulita during high season! Nanci, the host was adorable and really communicative. Marta is the house attendant and she is awesome! My friend and I stayed several nights and had great sleep (also, kind of difficult to find a place quiet enough to sleep well). Beautiful, comfortable, safe and happy little casita just 5 minutes from the plaza.

Nice Space
This great ground level space was easy to spend time in, with all the comforts of home. Lots of space, fully appointed kitchen, super comfy bed !!!, and laundry facilities on location. Easy walk into town with a corner store near by for quick access to eggs, bread and yes, beer.

Nanci was very personable and friendly willing to answer questions and help when and where needed and provides a great space at a reasonable price. We would definitely suggest checking out this Sayulita gem.

One thing, the roosters roost all day and most of the night - so if you're a light sleeper, ear plugs are useful.

Perfect get away spot
This place is a gem. With the location right on the edge of the main downtown it's an easy and quick walk to all the restaurants and the beach but away from all the noise. The place is really well put together and designed, the whole week I was there I was wishing I owned a place with this great of a vibe. The house has everything you'd need too, full set up kitchen, comfortably living room area, private back patio, quaint shared pool area (I never saw anybody else use it), huge bedroom and super comfy bed and nice bathroom/shower setup too. At the price, size and location it'd be tough to beat. I'd recommend this spot to anyone.

The best of all worlds
I stayed in casita 2 and loved it. The space is open full of all the amenities you will ever need, artistic and warm.
The location is perfect, away from pounding music but surrounded my a million squawking chicken and the Mexican community, so never quiet. I (single female) walked to and from town and always felt safe.
Thanks Nanci for a perfect stay, I'll see you again

Thanks Jenny, for your immediate review! Yes, roosters (and Ranchera music too) are an inevitable part of any visit anytime, to Sayulita! Happy your stay at Casitas Parota was an excellently fine one!

Cosy jungle hideaway
My husband and I spent our New Years and holiday in Sayulita and was very fortunate to find a cosy gem like Nancy's. We stayed in Castias Parota, that had plenty of space and had everything we needed and a super comfy bed. We borrowed both boogie boards, beach towels and umbrellas that we could bring down to the beach, only a few minutes walk away. Nancy was super responsive and very communicative. A great stay!

Great Location!
We stayed at Casitas Parota over the holidays. It was super close to the main part of town and only a quick stroll to the beach. The indoor / outdoor living room / kitchen gave a great feel of being on vacation. Felt very safe and chill.
The roosters could get noisy at times but nothing a fan couldn't take care of.
Nanci was super accommodating and flexible with our ever changing schedule as well.

Thanks for the positive review Ashley, and glad you mentioned the roosters, which are a part of staying almost anywhere in Sayulita unless one is directly on the beach!. Especially want possible future guests to be aware of this.
