Tres Casitas at Punta Sayulita is a spectacular jungle retreat just steps away from Sayulita's coastline in the exclusive gated community of Punta Sayulita. Indulge yourself at Punta Sayulita's Oceanfront Beach Club, amenities include a restaurant with international cuisine, a bar, expansive infinity pools & jacuzzi, a private beach, and a fitness center.
Las Tres Casitas are original, 200-year-old cabins imported from Michoacan (known as Trojes) and perfectly perched overlooking the ocean. The sounds of the surrounding jungle, the shade of the trees, and the waves crashing on the shore make Casita Tortuga the perfect place to take a break and connect with nature.
Punta Sayulita has three wood Casitas available for rent; Casita Tortuga is the biggest one with two-bedrooms. Casita Iguana & Casita Cangrejo has one-bedroom. Each Casita is spacious and bright and comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay including two king-size beds, a kitchenette, a living room, two bathrooms, and a pool.
The Casitas are a very versatile rental and great for groups traveling together. You can either rent one of the Casitas or all three.

1- All cancellations must be received by 24 hours Mexico City time at least 31 days prior to the expected date of arrival, for full refund.
2- If cancellations are received within less than the 16 day timeframe, the non-refundable policy applies.
3- Non-refundable Policy: the property will collect and retain the full advance payment. However, advance payment can be applied to a different date that does not exceeds six (6) months after the date the cancellation is made, as long as the property is available for rent.
4- Rental can be rescheduled only once. All cancellations made for a second time will be non-refundable. The property will collect and retain the full advance payment.
5- All reservations must be paid in full 16 days prior to the expected date of arrival.
6- All reservations made less than 30 days prior arrival must be paid in full prior to the expected date of arrival. Full refund is made if all cancellations are received (by 24 hours Mexico City time) within 24 hours of making the reservation. The non-refundable policy applies if cancellations are made after the 24 hour timeframe. However, advance payment can be applied to a different date that does not exceeds six (6) months after the date the cancellation is made, as long as the property is available for rent.
7- The same penalty applies to no-shows.
