Villa Toscana in Sayulita is a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath villa located in a quiet northside neighborhood. Villa Toscana offers a stunning blend of Tuscan and Mexican architecture. Designed to evoke the ambiance of Tuscany homes, Villa Toscana was created with earth tones of warm terra-cotta. Spanish roof tiles, beamed ceilings, and stucco walls are all integrated with a beautiful indoor-outdoor concept. Location
Villa Toscana is located in the beautiful and sought-after north end of Sayulita, just a 5 minute walk to the pristine and more quiet end of the beach and just a 10 minute walk to the plaza. Set just above the first gentle hill, feel removed from the hustle and bustle but enjoy an easy walk home. Villa Toscana is just a short distance to many great restaurants, cafes, tiendas, and yoga studios.
The Space
Villa Toscana
contains a large living room, full indoor/outdoor kitchen, dining room, ample covered patio adjacent to the private pool, and spacious gardens. Bedroom 1 contains a king-size bed with a full bath with double sinks and private toilet & shower areas. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and its own private bathroom. Both the living room and smaller bedroom open onto second-floor balconies with views of the village. Casa Toscana contains air conditioning, ceiling fans, wifi, and a monitor for your FireStick. French doors open onto the lush garden courtyard and a gorgeous pool with a lovely splash pool for children. In the courtyard, you’ll also find a Weber Grill and evening landscape lighting. Villa Toscana is gated and provides secure golf cart parking and charging.
Guests with a small child are welcome to utilize our Pack’n Plays, big wheel stroller, and highchair. For small children, we have air mattresses.
Traveling in a Group?
There is an additional, yet completely separate and self-contained 1 Bedroom villa on-site if you need more room.
Both villas can be rented together for a gorgeous and private 3 bedroom, 3 bath accommodation.
