Location
Villa Toscana is located in the beautiful and sought-after north end of Sayulita, just a 5 minute walk to the pristine and more quiet north end of the beach and just a 10 minute walk to the plaza. Set just above the first gentle hill, feel removed from the hustle and bustle but enjoy an easy walk home. Villa Toscana is just a short distance to many great restaurants, cafes, and yoga studios.
The Space
Villa Toscana
consists of a beautiful, private 1 bedroom villa and a gorgeous 2 bedroom villa. Both villas are fully equipped and can provide the opportunity for two completely private stays or offers the option for larger (3 bedroom) accommodation. Villa Toscana rented as a full villa, contains three large bedrooms, 3 private baths, 2 fully equipped kitchens, multiple dining areas, and an inside and outside living and dining area adjacent to a very private courtyard with a beautiful pool and lovely splash pool for children. French doors open onto lush patio and courtyard gardens with a covered reading nook with a large sofa, ceiling fan, and reading lamps. In the courtyard, you also find a Weber Grill and evening landscape lighting. Villa Toscana is gated and provides golf cart parking and charging. Casa Toscana contains air conditioning, ceiling fans, wifi, and desk workspace.
Guests with a small child are welcome to utilize our Pack’n Plays, big wheel stroller, and highchair. For small children, we have air mattresses.
