TECHNICAL REPORT HIGHLIGHTS:

–We are at the most intense phase of contagion. What we do in the next two weeks will have an impact on what happens in June. If we start going out prematurely, there could be an uptick and an extension of the restrictions.
—Starting on June 1st, the “risk stoplight” will start to operate and different regions will gradually lift restrictions according to how they score on it. The whole process will be organized, staggered and supervised.
—Due to high levels of social inequality, we have an important homeless population who are especially vulnerable amidst this pandemic. The right to health must not be denied to anyone, including them.
